At first this place was fine, I ordered a couple items from them it took a bit of time to come but I didn’t mind as they both came at the end of the day. However when I started to make more purchases, replies to email inquiries started to take longer and there has been no progression or update for all 3 of my orders now and it’s been just over a month. I just need a response from them about where my order is exactly !

FRAUDLENT, PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY!

I ORDERED AN IPAD AFTER DOING AN INTERNET SEARCH AND THIS BEING THE CHEAP-EAST PRICE FOR A BRAND NEW ONE.

ITEM AREIVED 3 WEEKS LATER WHICH WAS AN OPENED IPAD BOX, INSTEAD OF AN IPAD I WAS SENT A BOX FULL OF DUST!

I WILL BE SPEAKING TO MY BANK.

THE CALL CENTRE STAFF JUST DISCONNECTED THE CALL WHEN I CALLED UP AND NOW MY EMAILS ARE BEING IGNORED!

Do not deal with this company. I was sold a camera and the battery was faulty. I have spoken and emailed Ross?? and after them saying they would give me money to the sum of the battery, NOTHING HAS BEEN SEEN. THEY NOW WONT ANSWER EMAILS. I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AND THEY SAID THE TRANSACTION HAD FAILED SO THEN ASKED FOR MY BANK DETAILS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. STAY WELL CLEAR AND JUST BECAUSE THEIR PRICES ARE LOW THEY ARE NOT WORTH BUYING FROM.

I am writing this review based on the fact that I have ordered a Nikon Z9 from Shrewwd and it was over 1000.00 cheaper then anyone else and It has arrived, I knew when ordering that the company is possibly not UK based as they would not be able to sell me something so cheap, I took a risk and it has paid off. It arrived today. The customer service I received was not great but to be honest I did not expect it to be, I called Shrewwd twice and both times I got through and spoke to someone who reassured me my order would arrive and it has, I was slightly concerned as clearly the phone redirects to someones mobile however whoever I spoke too processed my order and it has arrived as described. If I had of paid 1000.00 more I could have maybe had a better customer service experience and it maybe would have arrived sooner. I ordered 2 weeks ago and it arrived today.. if you want slick customer service and next day delivery order from a reputable dealer, if you are happy to wait a few weeks and save yourself loads of money order from Shrewwd. I do not agree with reviews saying this is a scam company as I have bought something and its arrived (just not on time)

Our experience seems to be Shrewwd's Modus operandus:

1. You buy a product from Shrewwd

2. Shrewwd deceive you into believing you have a further £10 discount off

3. Shrewwd create a fake DPD tracking email, to trick you into believing what you have paid for is on its way (DPD who appear to be an innocent party in all of this will later confirm they are not expecting receipt of a package from Shrewd when you call them)

4. Like clockwork, Shrewwd email you a couple days after you received the fake DPD tracking email to let you now your package has gone missing and they are “very sorry for the inconvenience”

5. Shrewwd offers to refund your money (which is never refunded, so you have to escalate through your bank anti-fraud or chargeback scheme)

6. In an act of fake benevolence, Shrewwd offer £10 as an ‘apology’ which they will deposit into your bank account - which is what they are really after

7. Getting through to Shrewwd on the phone vis their pretend-we-are-UK-based phone number is hopeless - this is because it connects to a call centre in Hong Kong, and you speak to someone (“Ross” and “Evan” are the usual aliases) who swear blind they are in the UK

8. The Shrewwd online page “Contact Us” always displays the message that your query had failed to be processed

9. The poor English on the website, on your confirmation emails, and in the fake apology emails has SCAM written all over it

BEWARE:
- Shrewwd are liars
- Shrewwd is just another bogus company who want access to your bank details through the pretence of giving £10 back as an apology
- Shame on Shrewwd. Awful behavior.

Please REPORT companies like Shrewwd to UK Anti-Fraud agencies

And leave your feedback on forums like Trustpilot to continue exposing them, and helping other innocent consumers avoid being stung by these cheats

I was charged for import tax of £184.08 which they said they will return but every time they make excuses still haven’t got paid, it’s been over 6 weeks now, I would avoid them

The product I bought was never delivered despite I was sent a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. The Company blamed DPD for it. When I called DPD customer services, the story did not stack up and DPD said that they had not received a parcel from the Company to deliver to me. I ended up contacting my bank to raise a dispute and ask for a chargeback.

Absolutely dreadful service. Still holding onto my money, but have just told me the product is no longer in stock, despite reassuring me at various points through the last week that it will be despatched. They are also still selling the product on their website as I type this. Have said they will refund me, but it will take 5-7 days. I paid them a week ago and have nothing in return. Avoid them at all costs!
