I’m very happy with my shrimp order! All the shrimp arrived healthy, active, and in great condition. The packaging was secure, the heat pack kept the temperature stable, and everything was clearly labelled. Communication from the seller was excellent throughout the process, and they were very helpful and friendly.
Overall, a great experience,i can definitely recommend them and will happily order again!

Great packaging, good quality livestock, good instructions emailed over for acclimatising the Shrimp. They arrived on a day that was very cold, but they were fine.
I would recommend this company for Shrimps and snails. I've used before and will again in the future.

Excellent, well packaged, care had been taken with these shrimps.
All were alive on receipt of parcel.
Shrimps were much larger than previous orders I have had from other sellers so appeared stronger with bright colours.
The only complaint from me was the postage price, but it didn't put me off reordering a second time

Made two separate orders of shrimp. 10 snowball and 10 mixed with an extra one thrown in. I am very pleased with health color and price as some can be very expensive but these are great price. The delivery was fast and they were packed very well. Definitely will be purchasing more.
And I love the keyring!!

Shrimp all arrived safely and well packaged and after I had unpacked them I followed the very helpful leaflet to acclimatise them to my tank. They started to colour up during the process and as soon as I added them to my tank they started to browse among the plants and forage for food. The colours are very strong and they all seem very healthy. Very pleased with my purchase the instructions and the little note and free gift which was enclosed

Great looking shrimp, all arrived alive. After Acclimating the shrimp are now in my tank , its just waiting for the shrimp to colour up to their full glory. Will be back for more! Thanks

I ordered 7 Bloody Mary shrimp. 8 were shipped to me, Sadly one had already died in transit and another after transition to tank- i cannot blame the seller - I don’t know what happened. But honestly - compared to a competitor highly recommended seller these shrimp were by far more superior - more active - more mature - deeper colour. I’m very impressed and will use this company again. HIGH RECOMMENDATION

I ordered 10 Amano shrimp on Sunday and they arrived by Tuesday — super quick delivery! The packaging was really impressive and clearly done with great care. All the shrimp arrived alive and healthy, and I even received 11 instead of 10 which was a really nice touch.

A helpful acclimatisation guide was also included, which I thought was brilliant for anyone wanting to do things properly. I contacted the seller with a question, and they replied very quickly and went out of their way to help me.

Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. My shrimp are all doing great, and if I ever order more, this is definitely where I’ll be buying from again. Highly recommended!
