4 Weeks Later, Still Waiting for Christmas Gift Delivery
I ordered a Christmas present for my best friend on 21 December. It's now 16 January and the order still has not arrived. I reached out to the company via email and Instagram; they responded that they closed from 20 Dec to 6 Jan, then were backlogged. Had I been notified the company would be closed during the busiest shopping season of the year, I never would have placed the order. Average response time from support takes days. I cannot recommend this company.
