Really shuffle is doing good , i like the support system reply in 2 minutes and kind mods

I won 1k on shuffle.com, told I had to verify my id so I did. Submitted my proof of adress and it did not go through. Contacted a live agent. An agent by the name of fred blocked me through getting in contact via live chat. Contacted there email. He told me I had to wait 24 hours to submit my details. It’s been 3 days and it’s still locked. I have 1k in withdrawals on hold and I have to pay rent by the 20th or else I’m being evicted. All because an agent by the name of fred who’s completely blocked me from getting in contact with any support agents. My user to my account is betonline555,the owner of this company needs to fix there customer support agents. Fire them if you will and get new ones.

UPDATE: customer support reached out and asked me tor resubmit documents. still cant because they have it blocked in my verification settings. blocked on email. and blocked by live support, email jordanharvard7 at gmail.com. please release my funds and fix my verification settings so i can actually submit. they have something under my proof of adress that says "verification failed, please contact support. never bet here avoid at all cost.

there also botting trust pilots reviews and its super obvious. your better off playing at stake because they actually have money to give unlike this poor site

I was using shuffle for 2 years, I just decided to come back and play again. I did some sports bet and I won some, wanted to withdraw 25% of money and keep going with the rest. Shuffle said I have to wager and canceled my withdraw request, now they don't even answer to my live chat and they don't send me even 25% of my money, I didn't even withdraw all. This seems it is completely a scam and they don't even answer.

My first impression of Shuffle Casino was positive. The platform looked solid and everything worked smoothly at the beginning. Unfortunately, over the last two months the experience has gone downhill.

I’m writing this mainly to make new customers aware: don’t judge Shuffle Casino only by the first impression. Things may look good at the start, but the long-term value and rewards have become much worse recently.

I hope the casino improves, but at the moment I can’t recommend it based on the current bonus system.
