UPDATED; Pay Pal returned all of my money.
I ordered a wallet and the after charges on PayPal were ridiculous. It took forever to come and when it did it was a wallet WITHOUT the money clip which is why I ordered it. I paid $42 in all with their shipping etc and they offered me $6 . Otherwise I had to send it to China which is approx. $20+ dollars.
I am going to complain to Pay Pal but not sure they will help. Beware of this company

Ordered a hair removal gadget that impressed with its quality. While the two-week wait for delivery felt long, the packaging protected the item adequately. Shuitterlily sent me a defective phone holder. I waited 6 weeks for it and when I finally got it , it wouldn’t snap together. I had to send them a video showing it does not work and then they claimed they can’t locate my email. TWICE! To this day I can’t get a refund or a working project. Do not purchase from them because they won’t stand behind their defective products. I paid $16 for a lot of irritation.

Do not buy from this Chinese company! I bought 3 cup/phone holders and all 3 of them arrived defective and unusable. Cheap pieces of garbage. Funny thing is I am still getting tracking emails saying my package is in customs in Ireland even though I received the items and they probably never even went to Ireland (i.e. the tracking emails are FAKE). They offered to send me replacements but given the fact that all 3 of the ones they sent me were defective I decided I didn't want to wait 4 more weeks to receive 3 more defective ones so I asked for a refund. They offered $3 - laughable! So I escalated it with Paypal. Now after going back and forth several times they finally agreed to a full refund, but I have to pay to ship the pieces of garbage back at my own expense. Of course they are just going to throw the items away; they are looking for a way to get me to give up and not send them back, OR to claim they never received them. SCAM

absolutely horrible company. ordered a $15 phone holder on Facebook...took almost 4 weeks to get me. mg phone wwas too big fir it. tried to return it.. and all they could offer was a $1 refund...wich grew to whopping $3...oh and because I fought it. I never even got that. they eventually stopped responding to my e nails
they dint have a customer service # just an e mail.

I recently bought a hanger set from this company. After waiting four weeks for it to arrive, I hung several pairs of lightweight slacks on the hanger. It immediately broke. It’s a cheap piece of plastic that looks far more durable in the Facebook ad. When I asked for my $20 back, they delayed several times only offering a $4 refund. I took their refund but resolved to warm others that this is a bad company. They sell cheap material and fail to refund money. Avoid these scammers. If I could give no stars I would.

This was one of the MOST misleading, poorly and cheaply made items I have ever received. They REFUSED to give a refund, instead, offered me $2. Please DO NOT utilize their services for ordering products.

Tomorrow will be a month since I placed my order and still have not received it. Supposedly the order had been in the US since July 25 and handed over to a US shipping partner on July 29. Morning in the US takes longer to ship than a week. I reached out to Shuitterlily for the tracking number being used by the US "shipping partner" and the name of the company. They have not provided that information and only said, a week ago, that they would reach out to have then expedite. I will not be ordering from then again.

They lied and said that my package was delivered twice and I have never received anything.

Just got this handy travel bag and it's everything I needed. It arrived after three weeks. The design is smart, collapsing down for easy storage. It's also waterproof, which is a big plus. There's plenty of room inside, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The build quality feels sturdy. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This company is fraudulent. They operate under multiple different names, use different order numbers and tracking numbers to create confusion.
They do not honor their own return policy and refuse to provide the return address when asked multiple times.
The products I received were defective and Shuitterlily "support" told me that their Shipping Department said the items were correct and therefore they would not honor the return, even though I sent a video demonstrating that the items were defective.

These reviews are surely fake. Ordered this product on a whim over a month ago and keep getting tracking updates, sure, but they’re vague af and as far as I know it will never get here. Customer service has been rude and refuses to refund. Ñ

Ordered a cupholder cell phone mount on 6/16/24. On sale for $8.95. Invoice shows they charged me $4.00 tax. It is 7/6/24 and it has still not arrived. I keep getting tracking emails saying it is waiting to clear customs in Ireland. I complained to them and got an email saying that was the wrong tracking number. The new number shows it is shipping from China. As of 7/6/24 it shows it in customs at LAX and I got another email showing it still in Ireland.

Bottom line...Shuitterlily is not a reputable company.
I bought (18) phone car holders for $161.82 for Christmas presents to be passed out in Dec. 2024.
The problem was that when I finally got around to trying one of them out...well it fall apart when I tried to use it, it wasn't a well made product and certainly wasn't something I would like to give as a gift.
I reached out to Shuitterlily and requested a refund for the faulty product. Shuitterlily basically did not address the issue and after about 4 emails back and forth (where I swear someone in another country was running the show...poor communication) they offered $13.00 USD as an offer to accommodate what had happened. This was a slap in the face of this consumer.
I will not be using Shuitterlily for any future projects, Christmas, Birthdays or any other events that I need supplies for. Your loss Shuitterlily and I will make sure that I let my people know that your organization is not to be trusted.

I ordered three beaded bracelets in December in 2023 for my granddaughters for Christmas they said it was delivered and I never received it I'll never order from them again and I still have to pay for it through klarna so now I'm making payments with no product never order again from them and klarna covered for them saying they delivered it and they didn't so be aware people don't order from them
