I have been visiting Shu Jun Healthcare since 2016, and I have found that the problem I have been experiencing with my neck and shoulder has become better over the years. I tend to visit then centre at least once a month, sometimes twice. I find the acupuncture and the cupping eases my neck pain significantly.

I normally request Jo, as I find she is very good and she makes every effort to fix the problem I am experiencing. She tends to go the extra mile and never rushes. I would recommend her. She is one of the best when it comes to healthcare. The other members of staff are amazing but I Jo has been treating me for a number of years now, so I prefer her to treat me.

I have been going to this clinic for Acupuncture and massage for over 2 years now. Hong is very good when it comes to Acupuncture- I only trust his skill. Joe’s massage is very good. After it my body feels very light and she knows how to get rid of my knots and ease my pain. I am addicted to her massage technique !

I suffer from Spasticity in my calf muscles due to Multiple Sclerosis.
After having Scraping and Tuina Massage (especially from Tim) my Spasticity reduces a lot. I can walk and stand for longer. I highly recommend this place.

Zero professionalism and very rude attitude
They claim to be doctors but all they care is to take your money
I booked 30 minutes treatment but hardly got 20 minutes
As I booked it online they kept asking me if I paid
I said of course I did pay and I showed my receipt
On my way to the treatment room another therapist demanded to show her I have paid..
They didn't give me any privacy to change and interrupting all the time!,they can't speak english properly either so it is very unprofessional
How can anyone run the buisness in this way is beyond me!
I left so dissapointed!
And to my surprise as I was leaving the receptionist yelled
"Did you pay"!!!!
