Well priced for a newly published book.
The book I ordered was well described and was reasonably priced including postage. It was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The book ‘a knitters guide to gloves, by Angharad Thomas’ is a newly published work, so not old stock.

I ordered several King Charles books…
I ordered several King Charles books for the coronation as was previously let down. Unfortunately they had run out, but but Emmanuel contacted me personally and secured my order. Ensuring they arrived promptly. He kept me updated and even emailed to check they had arrived.

I bought a book to deliver in Germany…
I bought a book to deliver in Germany and final price was supposed to include shipping but when the book arrived I discover that for some reason it crosses Spain, was checked by German customs not fulfilling the conditions laid down in the articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty of the functioning of the European Union and I had to pay extra 7,20 euros.

Dear Lorenzo, we are sorry that you feel this way. Our books are shipped out to international customers like you from our UK warehouse. Seeing as the United Kingdom is sadly no longer a part of the European Union, some of our EU-based customers can often be asked for Customs fees. We regret any discomfort this has caused. We do list this possible customs charge as a warning to our international customers on every single product listing on our store. Regarding the round trips going through Spain, our courier partners choose the path that makes the most business sense for them when they collect packages for international fulfilment, and it is not unusual for a parcel to fly through multiple territories before arriving at its destination. We do not have any control over this, Lorenzo. I hope this explanation helps. We are sorry for the unexpected customs fees, and do hope you will consider choosing Shulph Ink again. Thank you for choosing us at all.

Shocking service. Placed an order for two books, two weeks later nothing received, no shipping notification.
Contact them via email for an update, they immediately cancel the order, automated email and nothing else.
Suggested refund made, still awaited.
