Receiving a phone call from the member of staff once I had booked a storage room, as I was having difficulties attaching my identity documents was great as I was able to pop down there to give them in person. This member of staff was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do and how to access the building, etc.

It's a very professional operation. Pricing on the website is transparent non of this phone for a quote rubbish.
On arrival It was tricky to get in but once I worked out the app it was easy.
The building itself was very clean and easy to navigate. I can sleep easy knowing my items are safe and secure.

Very happy with Shurgard so far. Signed up for a six month storage unit a few days ago, and the process was straightforward and painless. The price was slightly lower than a nearer storage company were quoting, so I also saved some money, which was helpful. Building access is by a phone app, which has worked perfectly so far.

Competitively priced, good modern facility. Entry/exit app really useful. Contract and ID verification process, all very efficient/straightforward. Really helpful, service orientated staff at the Aldershot storage facility.
