Fast customer service
Made it very easy to get a storage unit from Norway so I could move to NL.

Too intense
The service was good, but you are too intense. You called me a few weeks ago after I registered on your website, trying to sell me your services, and today you sent me this survey. A few hours later, you called me asking for feedback again! I was waiting for an important call during business hours, and I had to leave a meeting to pick up your call. It was annoying. If I have any problem, I will call you, and I expect a quick response. Please don't call me for no reason. By the way, the promotion of 1 euro for the first month is not honest from my point of view. They forced me to hire an insurance that I didn't want (15 euros), pay for a padlock that I won't use again (15 euros), and administrative services (15 euros more). My promotion of 1 euro for the first month ended up costing me 46 euros. Apart from that, the service is really good.

Really easy to move stuff in
Really easy to move stuff in. Staff was super helpful: my code arrive in my email, but when I arrived I realised Google kicked me out my account with 0 chance to recover and with 10m3 of stuff with me. Luckily there was a manager present at the location, he helped me with everything and I moved all our boxes into the unit.
