With many Storage Units in the area there is plenty of choice and I’ve used several of them. Shurgard have been the perfect home as their rates are competitive and the environment has a safe feel. Above all, the staffing team are a real bonus as they can’t do enough for you and engage with you as soon as you enter the building.

Excellent facility open 7 days a week. Modern and clean. Competitively priced. Staff especially helpful and professional. Big thumbs up to Laura for her friendly and efficient service. 5 star service.

The reason we like this storage unit can be summed up easily with two reasons, the staff and the location. We run a small business and we have clients who bring items to us and the unit is so easy to find and very convenient for the M1 and M25.

I rented a unit here for some time and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The whole place is exceptionally clean – both outside and inside. You can really see that everything is well looked after and properly maintained. It always felt safe, organised and professional.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. The service is not only very friendly, but above all extremely professional. They genuinely care about their customers and are much more attentive and helpful than in other storage places I’ve used before. Anytime I needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always willing to help.
Compared to other self storage options in Hemel, this is definitely the best choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility.

I dealt with Krae and Sam the last time i came in. To be honest if it wasnt for these 2 i would have given notice on the unit there and then. But they listened to my issues and came up with a soloution that made so much difference to me personally. Without going into detail, they know how much they helped me that day. The website was clear and easy to navigate. Shurgard were very straightforward to deal with over the phone and in person. The staff were very friendly when I arrived and in fact made me aware of a better deal.
The units are clean and easy to use. So far, the lifts have been working well and there is aways a trolley available.

The on line booking process was easy. Sam was very helpful when showing us around and explaining access etc. The unit allocated was clean and tidy. Good service all round.

Customer service was second to none, the girl who helped me was very efficient, extremely helpful and very friendly who made things easy for me. All round great service and would thoroughly recommend.

Very friendly helpful staff. Popped in for some boxes & had a quick informal chat about storage - not needed at the minute but I was just interested to know how it worked. The staff are very knowledgeable. I dealt with Laura & would highly recommend her - very good customer service. If ever I need storage I will be back.
