Excellent Service from Ray at Shutgard – Highly Recommended
I’ve had a consistently great experience with Shutgard Self Storage, and Ray in particular deserves special recognition. From the start, he’s been helpful, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered flexible options to suit my needs, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained — but it’s Ray’s professionalism and friendly attitude that really sets Shutgard apart. You feel like you’re dealing with someone who actually cares, which is rare these days.
Highly recommend Shutgard — and if you deal with Ray, you’re in very good hands.

It took two months to get an answer from the person in charge to get the refund of my train due to a delay on their side to retrieve my belongings... but I least I got it now.

Ok been using Shurgard KENSINGTON for over 15 years on and off - needed storage at Kensington for under a month - £1 first months rent highly visible - moved out within period now charging me £175 because no written notice given or explained - basically you need to give notice the same time you take out the £1 a month contract- NOT EXPLAINED BY THE STAFF WHO SERVED ME ON THE DAY I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACT/ SHURGARD-I recommend all my business colleagues to use your services but now I don’t have that confidence- SHURGARD I WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW IF YOU CAN CONSIDER MY CASE THANKS JASON
