I had the pleasure of being assisted by “The Tattoo Man” at your Milton Keynes department. He was extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

He kindly arranged to exchange the unit originally allocated to me for one on the ground floor, which is much more suitable for me because of my health issues. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

His kindness, empathy, and professional manner really shone through, making the whole experience a pleasure. He is a real credit to your company, and I hope he receives the recognition he truly deserves.

The website made it easy to see the various sizes and prices, unlike other companies websites that forced me to put all my details in to get a quote and then constantly emailed/rang me. Shurgard also offered competitive prices and a wide range of unit sizes.
(I did however arrange my own insurance with Surewise, as all the storage companies were expensive for this).
We went to look at the units prior to renting one and Samantha at Milton Keynes was so helpful and really took the time to discuss what we needed, showing us several units. Samantha was also there on our moving in day and once again, was extremely friendly and helpful.
The unit is just what we needed and very convenient to us.

Samantha went over and above to make sure all information and costs were transparent. A great asset to the MK team.

Absolutely fantastic service, I was abit concerned at first when my first time putting stuff into storage was a weekend without staff being available.
Please dont let that concern you if you situation is similar, it is a really good efficient setup.

Excellent customer service provided by Samantha and Chelsea in the Milton Keynes Brinklow area. Very informative, provided a courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied with the unit and made sure to find me a bigger unit on the ground floor as the one I intially chose was too small.

Chelsea was fantastic, very quick to reply and getting us set up.

Access to the unit was super easy, the app entry works great.

It wasnt an easy transaction, i struggled to verify my ID online and the room calculator on website was way off. That said i had several calls from the team to try help solve my ID issues, so the 5 stars is for the personal customer service than the website itself.

I used the Milton Keynes stores and it's the very best available in the area. The stores have variable sizes suiting various demands and duration. The site is self-service with easy access and trolley with elevators to move things around. Their on-site personnel, Sam and Chelsea are very kind and very helpful in assisting clients. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings for sometime

I met a lovely lady called sam (Samantha), she was very happy and smiley. Extremely proud of her job and was extremely helpful with any information i needed. The storage place its self is very clean and tidy. Well lit when walking around. Detailed signs to show everyones locker numbers. All in all im very impressed. Again thank you sam for such a wonderful experience, keep smiling petal 🥰

We looked at a few different storage companies in Milton Keynes and chose Shurgard as the staff (Sam and Chelsea) were very helpful and friendly, and very efficient. The units were clean, well maintained and just what we needed. We also like the app for access, and to manage our account. Would definitely recommend Shurgard for anyone needing a storage unit in MK.
