Ms.Nadia, your your front desk officer was a great help. She guided us through the process and also very helpful in finding store and all the procedure went very smoothly. Nadia is a pleasant personality, very cheerful, and compassionate person.

Great service and quick easy processing

The prices are great at shurgard and the nice lady named Sophia helped me with all the necessary information I needed when there was something wrong with the system on my phone

The service was professional and the staff was very helpful how they explain the role and the importance of the security of the self storage

The service is so perfect and prices is fantastic! Specially first month £1.00 only 👏🏻 I called requested for what I needed within few minutes all was done and I arranged my removal company. Thank you to Neasden shurgard well done. 👍🏻

I wanted to get a unit and thanks to the staff I was shown around, to my amusement I found one suitable to me. I am surprised that the service was very excellent, signed the the contract straight away and I could use it on the same day. Thank you very much for such a brilliant service.

Storage unit was clean,organised and easy to navigate, though one drawback was that I was on the second floor , which made it quite strenuous and difficult to move my items in there (It is always better to get a storage unit in the ground floor as I had been told), overall I would give it a 5 stars, splendid!

Storage unit is fine, shame about the opening hours. When I've signed up I thought all storage places have 24 hour access. My bad for not checking properly. For someone like myself who works really long hours, I can't make it before closing during the week and as I'm out of London most weekends it's really difficult to have access. You really should have 24 hour self access or at least until 10pm.
And the constant price increases are very annoying too, which is mostly twice a year.

Very good experience

I checked 5 different storage companies near me ant this was 50% cheaper than the other ones. You can do everything online easily. For the moment everything is ok.

Service was excellent, Justina went above and beyond to help me today - I really appreciated it!

Not worth the money that they charge. Too expensive and every six months they increase charges
