I was helped by a lovely lady called Semira, she explained me all in details and ensured that understand all contact details and choose the right service. The place is modern clean, just with app you could navigate all the storage access. Very happy 😊

The checking in process online was a nightmare. The booking I made was a special rate with no minimum term, however the documents came back saying a 2 month minimum term. They corrected it once I emailed them but I wouldn’t be surprised if they caught a lot of people out. Our units light also did not work which was not good but otherwise it was clean. What I would note is that if you are booking a ground floor unit in Putney, not all the units can you reverse into as it is quite tight.

Gareth was super helpful and ran us through all the procedures. Have is satisfaction that our belongings would be safe and secure.

Gareth who served me was absolutely fantastic! I had been given the runaround by both Park Royal and Wandsworth branches about changing my address and he helped me to effect the change in a few minutes, explaining the process clearly and concisely.
