Very clean and nice place.
I have a couple points of interest that are what are holding it back from 5 stars.

1. Carts. There are only like 3 and a TON of people use the first door and hog ALL carts where no one else can use them. If your unit is on the bottom floor, you cant get into an elevator to go get one that left up there. There needs to be carts that are available to ALL people at ALL times.

2. The Door to the inside does NOT stay open 90% of the time. The magnet is not in the correct position and its not very helpful. When its been open for like 60 seconds an alarm goes off and you have to close the door and then reopen it. This is VERY inconvenient when you have a lot of stuff you are moving inside.

3. The door area is NOT easy to move carts and things over. There are NO RAMPS, just huge gaps and mini steps that you have to LIFT your cart wheels over because its so uneven and hard to go over. This needs to be sorted out, making it flat and just a one smooth surface into the doorway to the inside (the small door, not the driving into door)

Other than being very very expensive, this place is pretty good. I would recommend if you need the space.

It's the second time I use Shurgard. It's is always a very straight forward process, and staff is incredibly helpful and kind. A specially word to Gaby at the Eindhoven West office who took special time and effort to help me this second time around

I'm very happy with the service. I received and very clear orientention in the beginning, and the team called me to check if everything went well after a clear and helpful intraduction. You really feel that the company cares about every single customer.

Registration via website was quick, clear and without complications. Price is very affordable. Warehouse management is very easy thanks to the application. Magazine is clearly described and easy to access almost 24 hours a day. Location close to my house. I can enjoy my vacation in peace.

So far, the communication with the company (Eindhoven branch) is great! Instruction is given prior to accessing the storage and everything is clearly explained. The storage place is clean as well.
One thing I would like to see is to have extra trolleys at the facility to ease transportation. Can be unlucky and have to wait if someone else were using the one and only trolley placed at the facility (Veldhoven)

The website is very informative and helpful, plus the booking platform is very user friendly, straightforward, and reliable. Communications with the local team have been very good, and during open hours, the present staff have been friendly and professional. The hallways, storage facility, and the booked storage room itself were found in clean and excellent condition, with solid ventilation. There is no lighting or electricity for lamps in the storage rooms, but there is ample lighting in the hallway corridors which provide enough residual light inside the storage room. When we were moving the majority of our belongings, there were several trolleys available. However the second time we were there (during off-peak hours), we did not find any trolleys even though it seemed we were the only ones there. (Maybe they lock them up when the office is closed??) Yet to be seen whether trolley availability is consistent. Best to have your own on hand as a back-up, just in case. So far, the whole experience with Shurgard has been very positive.
