Clean store, great access hours

Very reliable and always have super helpful staff like Caroline there in case you run into any issues.

We've been long term clients while doing a major house renovation and will come back in the future!

The whole experience went well. Delivery arrived on time and no problems with app and access to our unit.

I have had cancelled my promotion period booking more than 15 days ago and received email confirmation as well yet they deducted £694 pounds from account, that’s not just fraud but misuse of card details. I heard they have done This with many customers, they are fraud, they don’t reply back emails of such issues arise and there is no customers service to fix it, neither any complaint procedure. Even if you cancel the direct debit they still take money out

The staff available to assist all the time. And provided all facilities that was required. Much appreciated for their generosity.

Poor service I tried verifying id first they didn’t verified I booked another unit somewhere and than after weeks they automatically verified and trying to charge

I have had a unit since 2022 in Wandsworth, and the service has gone downhill very quickly whilst the prices have soared steeply.
If you try to ring their support number, you are directed to countless other random stores and never get a resolution because they can't transfer to the right person or contact centre.
There is no one physically on the site at all 7 days a week from Shurgard and it's an unmanned site.
There are works going-on without notice and the place is a mess. Please don't use the service and I had to eventually move out.

Online booking system easy to use, took advantage of their offer of first month rent a £1 which is an amazing deal.
Detailed email follow up of how to access the unit and what to do if any issues. Unit was bigger than I expected and holds a lot of stuff for 20sqft. Whole area clean and tidy and other users very helpful and respectful

Helpful workers. Very simple and easy to understand process. Overall everything was quick and effective, the facilities were very easy to navigate as well. I would totally recommend their services.

I was greeted warmly as soon as I stepped into the office and was offered assistance immediately. The lady, Margaret, if I remember rightly, was very kind and helpful. Solved my problems in no time at all.

Even though office was closed at Wandsworth, I had to drive @ 3 miles to the Putney office where the manager was very helpful. Everything was explained clearly and my experience so far in using the facility has been easy and great.

Thoroughly rude staff and underhand tactics used to extort more cash after the contract had ended by fabricating an alternative set of facts which ultimately were prroved to be entirely without basis

I wanted to highlight the kindness and understanding Lewis gave to me,who works at the Wandsworth Branch .
He has exceptional people skills and was very personable, when assisting me through some difficulty.
Very much appreciated.
