Well I've read all the other reviews and whilst I was impressed after using the app I have a cpap machine and no intention of buying the premium service as just wanted to hear what I was like with the cpap on if I still snored. Looked to cancel didn't press any premium service then they took £54.99 out of my bank and basically left me with nothing! I straight away cancelled the subscription and emailed them got an email back asking for info which I sent straight back to them and have heard nothing since! My bank are going to follow it up. I haven't given them my card details so not sure where they got them from! A total SCAM DONT TOUCH THEIR APP. For me big lesson learnt actually they've stolen from the British government as they are the ones who gave me my money technically so think on Shuteye!

Terrible service, subscription trap
I couldn't actively end the very short test period due to illness, so the subscription trap struck. I have not received an answer to the request for goodwill, even after repeated requests. I haven't used the app until now. Incredibly bad service.

Shuteye - don't waste your money
eg only. Last night recording: 2022-0652 time asleep 151mins deep sleep 6 mins. Rubbish. Woke around 2240 for a pee. Slept 2245 to 0430 (or thereabouts) then pee. 0435 to 0652 slept. For near $90 they never answer emails or IM's. Take your money and drop down dunny then flush this app is cr (rhyme the rest).

Not happy AT ALL.
I have subscribed to this app with one week trial.
Obviously I realized one day later that the trial ended, when I checked my bank account.
They have 3 subscription plans, and they put me straight away on the 12 MONTHS ONE (the most expensive one) without my permission, without asking me which subscription plan I wanted. 60 GBP out of my bank account without me agreeing.
I tried to write to customer service, no reply.
Please refund me this amount, I have already contested the payment on Paypal.
