We recently had 9 shutters fitted throughout our home by Shuttercraft and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the initial quotation through to measuring, ordering, fitting, and aftercare, the communication was outstanding at every stage. Ben kept us fully informed throughout the process, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally.

The shutters themselves are excellent quality and have transformed the look of our home. The fitting was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and minimal disruption.

What impressed us most was the combination of quality, service, and value for money. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, yet there was no compromise on product quality or customer service.

We are very pleased with the shutters fitted by Ben. The shutters are super and have made a real difference in our rooms.
They arrived within the time that Ben had stipulated and were installed efficiently in a few hours.

Really delighted with my new shutters. Ben was great to work with, he was very accommodating to my timescale and other trades in the house. Ben worked in a very limited space to fit the shutters! I really appreciated his patience!

Ben was very professional from beginning to the end. His workmanship was fantastic and so tidy and respectful of our property.
We are really pleased with our shutters and certainly keeps the heat out. Hopefully in the winter keeps the heat in and the cold out.

The only thing we wished is that the blackout blinds pulled up rather than down. The reason we say this is because we like to have the little window open but cannot feel a breeze once the blinds are down, if they went up we can pull it part up and have a nice breeze coming in.

Not a fault with Ben as he does not design them. Just a little feedback.

Ben was a great help ,and I am in love with our shutters they have changed the whole look of the house inside and out .He did a great job in fitting them and made the whole process painless .Plus they have helped to keep the heat from the windows down on hot days.Both my husband and I our over the moon best choice to go with and many thanks :-)

My son had used Ben and recommended him. Ben was very professional and there was no pressure to buy. The finish is excellent and Ben was efficient and tidy. I initially had all the front windows done and then later got the back bedroom windows done. Love the look.
