Very happy with our newly fitted shutters by Gary. He did an amazing job from start to finish and very professional. Would highly recommend Shuttercraft.

We originally had 3 downstairs windows fitted with shutters, which we loved. As soon as they were fitted we decided we wanted the rest of the house done too. They look great but also help to keep the house warm in winter. I would recommend Gary, he works quickly and professionally and cleans up after the work is complete. Very pleased and I would highly recommend

Gary turned up at the time he promised, measured up with no sales pitch and sent the quote through to my email address, again in a timely manner.
After having a few other quotes, some cheaper, we decided to go with Gary and we are glad we did.
The shutter blinds he installed look absolutely amazing and we have ordered another for our landing window.
His approach, in my opinion, is excellent when it comes to sales, as who wants somebody in their house for four hours, when all you wanted was a quote?
I would recommend this company, as the all-round service was excellent.

There was no pushy sell from Shuttercraft, just a straightforward discussion of possibilities on different types of shutters, prices etc and follow up detailed paperwork with cost, measurements and product type. Professional joiner with expertise in his craft. Shutters arrived a bit earlier than expected and installed by Gary of Shuttercraft Pennines this week. No hassle and a great outcome. Love my shutters and transform my apartment. Lovely and cosy at night too, keeping the heat inside and looking good. Will be invaluable in summer to shield sun/heat.

Absolutely delighted with our shutters. From the start, Gary was professional, knowledgeable and really helpful. There was never any hard sell and even when we changed our minds about the style/colour, Gary showed understanding and patience! He was also able to fit the shutters earlier than expected - two days before Christmas! Fantastic service and excellent quality. And we most definitely will be using Gary for next set of shutters!

The whole experience was professional from measuring up to fitting. Gary talked me through my options and brought some samples. He was friendly and easy to talk to and turned up when he said he would. He measured up and promptly sent a quote. They were fitted 12 weeks later and look amazing. They have transformed my house and I love them. They are a really good fit and finish. He left my house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.

Gary was great, he helped us understand the difference between the various choices we had to make and was really easy to talk to.

Gary was super friendly and helpful from the start. He was not pushy or trying to upset any products to me. He listened to what I wanted and talked me through my options. I get so many compliments about the shutters and my kitchen blind, I know I made the right choice!

In today's world you have to constantly chase tradesman to get work completed, not the case with Gary however! We were quoted an 8 week lead time for designs we chose, Gary kept in touch right the way through and they even came 2 weeks early! He was only to eager to please and very professional throughout. Thanks Gary.
