From first point of contact it couldn’t been any easier. I enquired via email and was responded to promptly. Brilliant service. Really happy with the shutters and they have completed the room. Would use Shutters by Design again.

I had shutters fitted to seven windows and one blind fitted. I cannot fault the company in any way whatsoever. The service has been first class from the minute I first entered the shop. The staff were lovely the quality of the products and workmanship first class. The fitters treated my home with so much respect even bringing slippers so as not to mark my carpets! This is the best company I have used for any work in years. I am thoroughly delighted and would recommend this company to anyone.

A faultless experience, from start to finish, can highly recommend this company. There was no hard sell. The product is excellent value for money and looks very stylish. We were accurately informed of the expected delivery date. The fitters were very polite, turning up promptly and cleaned up as they worked, taking all packaging away with them.

We’ve just had cafe style shutters fitted in our bedroom - this is the third time we’ve used Shutters By Design for different rooms (including conservatory & living room French doors) & we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent blinds. Fitted with minimum of fuss

Ordered some Shutters from local company, Shutters from design in Nantwich   Lee came out to measure the Shutters on the 28th of January 
The quote came through  the next day so I ordered all of the Shutters 1st of February  then had a phone call from the shop, saying Shutters will be fitted on Monday the 17th, which is super fast service 
On the morning of the 17th kev arrived to fit the Shutters very professional from start to finish 
He even brought his own slippers and the Hoover I thought this was excellent in every room. He tidied up as he went along Kev is a super friendly guy done a perfect job the shutters look absolutely amazing highly recommend this company to anybody wanting to get Shutters . 10/10 thanks Steve

Had all my windows in my house fitted with shutters. The service was excellent, the guys who fitted the shutters were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and I’m so happy with the shutters. Definitely would recommend shutters by design.

Heather in the customer service department was so helpful with my problem with Menards in Ohio. They somehow got shutter order wrong. Heather went the extra mile and straightened everything out with Menards and I couldn't be more happy and relieved. It is so nice to deal with someone so courteous and professional.

I selected Lee’s team at Shutters by Design to supply & install shutters on our windows & french doors based purely on the glowing reviews they receive on Trustpilot. And they did not disappoint! Lee is a perfectionist- and our plantation shutters are so beautiful. They make our new home feel truly our own. Lee visited us several times despite being based a good 40ish miles away and answered our questions with patience and knowledge. I can not recommend his team highly enough. I especially love the incorporated shutter/blackout blinds we now have on our bedroom windows. They achieve complete darkness even on the sunniest aspect rooms. The french door shutter is just beautiful. We have a few more windows to have done and will not hesitate to go to Lee and team for these in very near future.
