This is my second lot of shutters from them, both experiences where excellent their arrived on time for the initial appointment, their where very professional, friendly and informative. Their talked me through everything and did all the measuring so I didn't have to worry. When the installation date came I was kept information as to who was coming and what time the technician would be arriving. Warren arrived on time got straight to work, he was very professional, friendly and informative. The shutters are BEAUTIFUL I will most definitely be using shutters up again, and will recommend them to all my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Shutters up.
