good chair (management needs new people)

Owner seems cool, but the management side of this chair provider seriously needs improvement.
I bought a day key on the 12th, and it’s now the 17th still no working key, no replacement, and not a single response from the management team. What’s frustrating is I can see them online for multiple hours, yet they won’t take two minutes out of their day to respond and resolve this simple problem. I spent my money and haven't got nothing in return yet and It feels like upper management just doesn’t care. I am a recurring customer from a very long time ago and I could just be having a bad experience but this just isn't acceptable

Valid product

First of all the product works! And works as described.. At first i was having technical issues but the support team was very helpful and most importantly, FAST. I got the pleasure of being helped by “Muneeb” , “itsVlak” , aswell as “Abu Hurara”. If you’re looking for a good product backed by a helpful and attentive support team, then this is the product for you.

Abu Hurara stayed with me the whole time. never gave me any problems with the help i really appreciate how much they helped me. it took a while but i think it was mostly on my end to fix a problem but they stayed n helped me the whole time
