Broken necklace and replacement never showed
I ordered two items in December 2025. One, a necklace, broke just a couple of months into me having it in February 2026. I contacted customer service, and they advised that they would ship me a replacement after I sent photos. The replacement never arrived, and despite me chasing several times, I so far have not got a response back from them in almost a month now. Incredibly disappointing that the necklace broke so soon after buying and then that the promised replacement piece never materialised.
