Definitely order here more

Ordered here for the second time and again super satisfied. For a moment I thought I had been scammed after all. It took quite a while before I received anything, later it turned out that I had not looked properly myself. Some items have a longer processing time. Via Instagram I was contacted very nicely and quickly.
A little embarrassed for my own mistrust and quick judgment.
I will definitely order here more often.

Quality poor, delivery fine

Delivery and communication was fine, according plan. But quality to me is very poor; average H&M is much better. Finishing of the seams is loose.
Sizing is also not good. A skirt I ordered is way too loose and falls off (I am normally size S/M and that is what I ordered). Very dissapointing to, I ordered 1 'bracelet', it is just a plastic cheap thing worth nothing. Picture on the website very misleading as I expected to receive at least 10 of these bracelets.

Notre atelier travaille en permanence sur un rapport qualité prix en plus haut des attentes de nos clientes, nous prenons néanmoins note de vos observations.

Pour ce qui est des bracelets, ce sont des bracelet bouddhistes qui ne sont jamais en metal mais effectivement en plastique avec d'un insert en poudre d'or fin.

C'est ce que nous vous indiquons dans nos fiches de descriptif du produit.

Pour ce qui est de la quantité il est bien indiqué un prix à l'unité et un prix par lot de 4, vous avez acheté un prix à l'unité vous ne pouvez pas recevoir pour le même prix 10 joncs...
Il s'agit de joncs rares et qualitatifs fidèle à la tradition bouddhiste que vous ne trouverez pas chez des concurrents auxquels vous faites références.

Notre imagine est fidèle à nos produits, toutes nos photos sont réalisées sans filtre, en lumière naturelle, et avec les produits exacts que nous fabriquons.

NOT free return and extremely rude customer service

Their advertised promise of 'free return' is false advertising and shouldn't be allowed. I had to pay heavily to return an item which was extremely poor quality, only to be told that "free return" was to get a credit note!!! So I then had to buy another item from this terrible shop and pay shipping!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

2 des 3 conditions de retour sont effectivement 100% gratuites et facile d'accès par un portail de générateur d'étiquette d'exception ceci en France et dans tous les pays européens.
Chose que est excrément rare pour le spécifier dans nos communications.

Si vous souhaitez faire un retour pour remboursement c'est à vous de choisir votre transporteur et dans payer les frais. Ceci relève de votre responsabilité.

Je tiens a vous rappeler que les expéditions sont gratuite en Europe quelques soit le montant d'achat et les retours sont offerts dans le cas d'un retour pour avoir ou échange.

Il est effectivement triste de lire ce genre de commentaires de la part de consommatrices qui ne prennent pas en considération les couts et les conditions déjà avantageuses que nous vous offrons.

Terrible terrible rip-off company

Terrible terrible rip-off company! Received a cheap polyester top that they advertise as a beautiful "French" top with lace sewn into it". The product I received was grossly oversized, cheap scratchy polyester, with a cheap scratchy lace addition. Absolutely not high quality at all. They are likely getting this type of item dirt cheap from elsewhere, and selling for $80!!! Shame on them! And if you look closely at their store reviews, they have multiple reviews by SAME persons giving an obviously false "positive" review. I wish I had taken the time to look at the store reviews closely BEFORE purchase. This kind of operation gives Etsy a bad rep.

Don‘t buy in this shop. It is a fake shop. You will never receive your order. I ordered on February 23th and since then neither received my item, nor did the shop contact me.
