Top-class products! I have a Sicce Shark pro 500 with 2 extra filter modules in a 100-litre aquarium with some plants and 10 diamond neon tetras, 6 Koi tuxedo guppies and 8 khuli loaches. Since purchasing it 5 months ago, I have had consistently stable water values. Water change 30%/week. This spring, I will be starting a 248-litre aquarium and will return to Sicce, but only if their Meaga filter is available on the market in Sweden by then.

This pump is for superior to anything manufactured in the United States bought a Sicce sdc7.0 incredibly smooth operation they stand behind the product five year warranty. It is an incredibly strong pump and you really get the gallons per hour that they claim it is now hooked up to my Internet and I can control it with my app, I’m buying another one just back up because I’m planning to have my fish tank for many many many years

Sicce is a highly reliable pump built very well and quiet running. You won't go wrong ordering any of their products I own three a Syncra SDC 6.0, Syncra SDC 7.0, and my Protein Skimmer came with a Sicce pump on it.

having raised a ticket for a faulty whale 500 looking for help or advice and sending the requested information three times I have still not had the courtesy of a response. not great customer service. I now use three of your products but based on this I will never purchase from you again. buyer beware customer service appears to be non existant. very disappointed. The offer of extended warranties is nice when considering a purchase in an extremely saturated market however finding out that warranty is worthless is enough to consider looking at a different manufacturer.
Update: it would appear that SICCE were not getting my emails with the required photographs and documentation despite sending it three times. Fourth time was a charm and all of a sudden I got excellent personal service. SICCE have now honoured their warranty and I have a new replacement filter pump along with some videos on how to install this. This came all the way from Italy at no expense to myself so I can only commend them for resolving this to my satisfaction once they got my email. So fair play to them for acting very quickly and sorting this. Now very happy.

Best, most reliable and quietest pumps I've owned.

I've had reef tanks since the early 1990's. Now my main tank is a very automated Reef tank. I'm using the Sicce SPD 6.0 connected to my Apex. I also have a 2.0 nano for a media pump. These two pumps have been great for over 2 years. This past few months I also added a Sicce voyager as a circ pump. My previous controlable pump went bad after just 18months and I did not want to spend $100's on just a circ pump. The voyager is a great budget option.
