Price request submitted and they made…

Price request submitted and they made an error giving me a higher quote for goods that were not needed.

The request was sent bilingual in German and English, but they still made a mistake.

They never offered a refund for the over charge when made in writing, however verbally they stated they would do.

They do not appear to accept payment by bank card so there’s little chance I will ever get my money back.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
