ordered 2 pairs or merino socks on the 20 nov still not arrived paypal notified

Ordered on the 18th December and still not arrived. Emailed 24th December and 7th Jan to chase, no response. No response on live chat or Instagram. I wonder if the company has gone bust...?

Ordered two pairs of sock boxes. Both gifts for family. One pair of spurs and one pair of Manchester United sock boxes. When delivery arrived only one pair were delivered and it even says on receipt that one pair is out of stock. Emailed four times and no reply. Tried the chat bot and it says order fulfilled. Absolutely shocking customer service.
Don’t buy from this joke of a company or you won’t get your order.
Don’t think I’ll receive my order or even a reply
Time to highlight all over social media for people to stay away from them at all costs

Ordered two boxes on the 12th December. Order hasn’t arrived nearly a month later, they don’t respond to any emails or messages and the WhatsApp number they advertise on Facebook doesn’t exist if you try to use it. It would appear to me this is scam company

Bought a pair of Argentina socks and a box of Tottenham socks, just received the Argentina socks and the Spurs box of 3 socks did not arrive. I’ve emailed several times now and still no reply. Exceptionally disappointing, such a lack of care and in not sending what I had paid for I feel cheated. Avoid this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP OUT THE GOODS, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF THEM, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ordered some socks on 10th December as a Christmas present for someone. Nearly two weeks later and they’ve still not been dispatched, i have emailed three times and live chatted to see if they will turn up in time for Christmas and still no response!!! Absolutely shocking. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered easily but then no update following confirmation and order not sent, no response to emails or chat online. Appreciate it is a busy time of year but this was meant to be a Christmas present (which i ordered in plenty time) and now would appear they are not coming.

Ordered through Paypal so can claim money back but very poor service and very disappointing, especially as it seemed a good company to support.

Awful experience as order was placed and mentioned they are shipped within a couple of days. I had to email customer service for an update on my order and it took them 3-4 days to come back to me to confirm they did not have the particular socks I ordered in stock however this was not stated when the order was placed.

Conor infairness was very apologetic with regards to the situation but stock should not be available to order if it is not available.

Ordered 4 pairs of socks, got my confirmation email and an email to say my order was completed to find out 5 days later on my shofify account that my order was cancelled, had to email looking for my refund and even that took 4 days to be issued
