i bought a product at sidedeal.com (heat pads set)
when the product arrived 1 of the 4 heat packs was defective (leaking) so i called sidedeal and told them
they proceeded to send me a whole new set at no cost
great for me but when the new set arrived one of the other heat pads was defective so i emailed them to tell them about the defect but not ask for a refund because i was still ahead on the pads
i did mention i was concerned about the quality of my item and worried about how long they would last
to ease my worry and make good they issued a full refund and let me keep all the heat pads that where still good
that was a wonderful way to make this customer happy and build confidence in them for my future purchases

I must say that SideDeal customer service is Awesome!! Had a problem with my steam mop after receiving it, but the manufacturer wouldn't do anything, but SideDeal stepped up & immediately replaced my steam mop without hesitation, although it was under warranty with the manufacturer. Jordan, with SideDeal didn't want me to be unhappy, so he quickly replaced my item & I'm super happy because I really like my steam mop! Thanks for great customer service 👍🤗

I received a product form SideDeal that did not perform as I had hoped. When I notified Ariana at customer service, she refunded my money promptly and did not require that I return the product. After waiting a month they sent the wrong item. When you reach out to customer service it takes 6-7 business days to respond. I’m starting to feel like this is a racket and my money has been stolen. I’ll give them a couple more days then I’m putting in a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.
Well I finally received the correct product and it doesn’t work! The unit will not function unless it’s actively plugged in. What a scam. Definitely getting my money back.
