Exchange was actually not exchanged
Sent back a pair of shorts that I purchased for my son as when they were delivered the fabric had marks on it, literally wanted an exchange for the same size. Received the ‘new pair’ back yesterday and they are exactly the same pair with the same marks in the fabric! Not really impressed with this as now I will have to return again.

I live in Sweden and it usually takes much longer to get packades from the UK.
Really good quality, and you get looks from other youngsters.

Ordered a hat on 29/11/2022. Arrived today (8 months later). Can’t complain though as I had been refunded the price last year when the parcel went “missing” with DPD. Item is spot on though, very nice and as said they helped me out when the order didn’t go to plan originally.
