Had to make 3 or 4 separate orders for Xmas and spent a lot of money here. Safe to say it was all worth it and I can’t wait for my partner to open her presents on her birthday and Christmas. Would highly recommend

Ordered and delivered within 5 days! My 14 year old daughter wanted a hoodie, she didn’t mind it being a bit big so we went for the xs and it’s basically like an oversized hoodie! She loves it. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but super fast delivery, product is exactly how it is supposed to be! 5 stars from me!

ok so i ordered my little brother a pair of shorts and a shirt and got the wrong sizing. i emailed them and i started to read the reviews of people saying they had terrible customer service?? started to panic ngl.. but they got back to me by the morning and had switched the sizing for me. so quickly.. the reviews made me so anxious for nothing. very happy with their service! if you’re feeling the same way DO NOT worry !! they’ll respond. definitely would buy from them again.

I have ordered a few times from sideman and it’s always been fantastic service. Super fast efficient delivery and also the quality of clothing is excellent.

Really poor experience on two separate orders. Usually I try not to buy ‘merch’ but my son just turned 13 and is into this gig. Ordered items for a birthday present - didn’t see any stipulation of a pre order, waited almost 2 weeks - no order updates no comms to then be told just that. Cancelled order as missed his birthday. He then wanted to use birthday money to buy something else. Placed order, given specific delivery date which was confirmed by DPD. Got an email on the day to state it would be another 3 days before items arrive. Too late as he’s on holiday for the week. Emailed company - no reply. Shocking experience and another example of just overpriced ‘Merch’ rather than a solid reputable clothing company.

Delivery time was absolutely amazing, however I ordered 2 hoodies which were a size 20-22 and they were tiny! I’m usually a 16 and wanted something really oversized, and these barely fit me which is disappointing.

Incredible customer service following a small issue. Fast responses and dealt with extremely well. Delivery is quick and comms are great.

I ordered a pair of gloves that my son had put on his christmas list and i forgot! I ordered the day before christmas eve and it arrived the next day! Just in time for christmas! Amazing quick delivery and he loves them! Thankyou

Ordered a sweatshirt and a blanket got all the way to nz in 4 days. Both are extremely comfortable and will be purchasing more whenever the cloths I like are restocked. Am interested to know if any other kiwi in nz has sidemen merch 😄

I needed help with customer service harry from the team helped me out and sorted my issue

Ordered the Christmas pack on the 12th of Dec, received the necklace and card within a week but almost a month later I still have not received an email or code to access the year side+ subscription, I have sent multiple emails on every available platform without a single response so im now out of pocket £70.
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and at a loss as to what to do next
Edit* when they finally responded the side+ support team were very helpful and resolved the problem just a shame it took so long with 0 contact.

I ordered the sidemen block colour hoodie the Monday before black Friday. Paid full price for it but I few hours later they had reduced it. I've filled the contact Us form and sent emails. But I've still not received any reply back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I bought the hoodie and it arrived 1 day later, and I live in the Middle East! Hoodies are so soft and comfortable! They literally the best merchandise in the whole of Youtube! 100% recommended!

Absolute joke ordered a onesie on the 1st of December should’ve gone out on a next day delivery nothing no dispatch email nothing I have sent over 10 emails in the past two weeks with no reply whatsoever stay away from this company absolute joke
