After 7 days ow waiting that they…

After 7 days ow waiting that they finally send the package , no contact with them at all … so i didnt get my shoes but without any information i got my money back. Im so angry right now on this company. Its very unprofessional. No more..

Poor quality of sneakers

I bought a pair of sneakers last year November. It was a cash sale of R1300.00. The shoes are coming loose at the back of the sole. I took the shoes back to the Parow Centre branch and a white guy who said he's the Regional Manager was so rude and refused to even listen to me, he just said he is the Regional manager and that I can't get a refund which is not what I wanted. A 50% money refund would have been fine because I was wearing the shoes for about 6 months or even a pair of cheaper sneaker would have also been okay. I ended up getting upset and left the shoes with a little note with my name and cellphone number on. Still no call from no one, I would customers to be careful when buying their products. It is expensive but with poor quality.

I was scared

Bc of the reviews i didint have high expectations but i got my nike Air Force 1´07 just now and it tool less then 48 hours to come. Everything seems great, size is good, og nikes, and its just good idk why yall r hating

I laybuyed a takkie at side step less…

I laybuyed a takkie at side step less than 2 months ago. The leather of the takkie began peeling off. On the 11 of dec I took it in to and spoke to the regional manager whose name is Brandon the music was so loud i could barely hear myself and with us having to wear a mask due to covid 19 i had to speak a bit louder. I tried explaining again to brandon wat was wrong with it and how long ago i purchased these items he asked me in such an unprofessional manner what do i want! As a regional manger he has no way of speaking to customers and told me there are other customers around i shouldnt be talking to him like that . IF THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC WAS AT AN ACCEPTABLE VOLUME IT WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ME REASON TO HAVEN SPEAK TO U AS LOUD AS I DID! This is not your place to tell a customer how they should speak to a customer. Ur olace as a regional manager is to see that ur client leave happy and comes back to your store in the further again . I am disgusted at how he spoke to me and handled the situation . I told him to send the ahoes away to quality assurance which all store in retail do because sales consultans dont have the qualifications to make decisions like this in store. He then told me, my son ran with the sneaker those arent running shoes and it was woren out how exactly do u know my son ran in these sneaker , where u there to have witnessed this . . He asked me again what i wanted i said the quality of the item is poor .
I then told him to change the return policy because it says as follows :
Returns and exchanges
Returns only accepted upon prsentation of original invoice (which i do have)
Within 30 days of UNUSED good in original condition and packaging.
TO ME THIS POLICY DOESNOT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WILL PURCHASE ITEMS AND NOT MAKE USE OF IT FOR 30 DAYS AND THERE AFTER WANT TO RETURN IT!?! OF CAUSE NOTHING WILL GO WRONG WITH THESE ITEMS IF ITS NOT BEING USED . I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW HE HANFLED THE SITUATION AND I WOULD FOR SOME TO LOOK INTO IT. i will not purchase at this store ever again . I work as a sales consultant myself but not once have i treated a customer with such disrespect the way he did . If brandon should the the return we have when it comes to our clothes and shoes he will b shocked . If this is his way of dealing with customers this SHOULD NOT BE HIS PROFESSION AT ALL! I have prove as to how the sneaker looks. Im so disgusted i wont advice any1 to purchased at the store again. After my disappoiment at this whole situation one of their customer stepped into the store i work at and i asked how her expience was she said she had to scream at the top of her lungs in order for the assistant to hear her .

Avoid at all cost

My order has been stuck in their warehouse for 5 days and counting, support takes full day to respond. Even after telling me that the problem should be solved in a day or two, I had to contact them yet again, only for them to tell me that my case has been escalated and that it can take them up to 10 days to respond.

Awful service, problems with refunds

Awful customer service as well as awful service in general. I have returned several pairs of shoes and they have decided we refund me all but for 1 pair of shoes. I am sure their warehouse is a miss as they can't track the shoes I have sent with regard to the DHL tracking number. At the end this is not my problem I should be refunded either ways.

IRRESPONSIBLE WEBSITE NEVER AGAIN!

I returned the shoes i bought more than a month ago, still haven't received the return. Customer service doesn't answer the phone, they don't return your emails, it's impossible to reach them. I don't think they'll ever pay my money back. Don't buy anything from here if you don't want to waste your money. I wish I first read the reviews there are similar ones here, would have never bought anything from that website.

Fake Nikes!

I ordered two pairs of Nike Airmax 270. I am quite certain that both pairs were fake - They were MUCH lighter than my other Airmax 270 (I already have 2 pairs) and the fit was completely different - Airmax 270 is normally really tight, these had a different fit. Sent it back immediately and will never order from Sidestep again.
