Dear Sirs, I don't understand why the Company Siegelstempel didn't accept my returned order? It was a standard product and I expected a personalized family stamp. I wrote many emails and nobody answered. I expect that I can resend a standardized product if I don't want to keep it. If they don't accept returns they are not acting professional and I would not recommend this company as they are not serious.
