Todd at Sierra IC is great to work with. I have purchased parts from him many times and have had no issues at all. He is professional, and really knows electronic components. Delivery is always timely as well, which makes things much easier on our end!

Fake parts
Fake parts, no support after the sale. They actually seemed upset we were asking for documentation so we could get help from the manufacture to verify the parts. We were told the parts came from their "Best Supplier" so therefore their best is to sale fake parts and screw over whoever bought them.

Don't trust their website
Don't trust their website. Tried to obtain some parts which were listed as in stock (3 dozen) and available, but when tried to order - they said they had none. Difficult to know if their stock process is incompetent or if they just say they have stock as bait...
