From initial design to final fitting, the process went well
People turned up when they said they would and minor snags were put right. The whole process removing the old kitchen and fitting the new one took three weeks and disruption was kept to a minimum. Would recommend Sigma 3 to anyone embarking on this type of project.

We were looking to have a new kitchen and utility room, as well as a refurb of a downstairs cloakroom. We visited Sigma 3 in June 2025 as part of an initial review of kitchen suppliers in the area, ahead of a provisional date for a January 26 install.
We were immediately greeted by Tabitha (Frazer Blanks) who chatted to us about what we wanted to achieve and explained what Sigma 3 could offer. She talked us through Sigma 3 products and we were immediately put at ease. When visiting other showrooms, we were either ignored or treated as another number. The conversation with Tabitha felt personal and that she listened to what we wanted. We arranged for her to come out and measure and we discussed the space in more detail. A week later, we went to the showroom for a free design appointment. Tabitha had pretty much nailed it from the conversations that we had. Our main aims were to lighten up the space, as the previous kitchen had a lot of black, which was not to our taste. We wanted to maximise storage and to make more efficient use of the space in a more intuitive way. I wanted to have a very natural, Scandi, vibe, with light units with accents of natural wood. Tabitha then took us through her recommendations and option, with illustrations from the kitchens that were present in the showroom. We were under no pressure to make a decision, but almost immediately decided that the service and quality of the design and goods, meant that we were going to proceed.
We decided that we would also use the services of a Sigma 3 recommended installer. Tabitha passed on our information and Mike Whileman came to see us and quoted for the extra works, of ripping out the old kitchen and prepping for the new ones. He was really friendly, approachable and had a wealth of experience. He provided us with a complete quote which included the plumbing and electrical works, which he would provide via third parties. He said that he would project manage it.
We had another appointment then with Tabitha in August 25 and finalised the design. There were a few tweaks from the first design, but the bare bones of it were what we decided on. Tabitha was patient when I wanted to see every sink in the design and changed my mind multiple times. I feel that she really listened and ‘got’ my design style. She designed a bespoke dresser unit which was completely different to anything else we had seen. It was a relatively small kitchen where we were limited as to how much we could change, but this set it apart. Similarly, I wanted a clutter free utility room, and some bespoke cabinetry in there gave us what we wanted.
Mike Whileman and Bob then fitted the kitchen in January 26 and were a pleasure to work with. They also did some additional works for us in our cloakroom. They were friendly, knowledgeable and had years of experience – and it showed. Nothing was too much bother, they were so clean and tidy (given that the weather was awful) and they just solved any problems without us having to sweat it. The quality of workmanship was phenomenal and the attention to detail was spot on. Luke (the plumber) and Adam (the electrician) were great and also did some extra jobs for us and Luke, especially, went over and above with the cloakroom plumbing.
We were communicated with at every stage and the job went smoothly. I can’t express how happy we are with our kitchen, both in terms of design, quality of cabinets & appliances and the workmanship. From the moment, we spoke to Tabitha on the first day, to her visit last week after installation, we felt like valued customers. It wasn’t the biggest kitchen, nor was it the most expensive that they could have designed, but it was personal, it was ‘us’ and we always felt that we had a ‘customer first’ service.
Thank you to Tabitha, Mike, Bob, Luke, Adam and the rest of the team that were behind the scenes. You were fantastic as is the product.

We were more than happy with the excellent service, planning, design and installation of our new kitchen that we received from sigma 3, Abergavenny. Barbora, our designer, was extremely knowledgeable about her product and designed just what we wanted. Our fitter, Karl who also did our prep work, was brilliant, project managing everyone else involved resulting in a really smooth installation. We would be happy to recommend Sigma and the whole team.

Excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly company. This is the second time we have used Sigma 3 for designing and fitting our kitchen and we would certainly recommend their services. In fact we were so pleased with the first kitchen, we bought exactly the same kitchen a second time!

From the beginning, we met Ryan who came along and helped us design the kitchen his knowledge, design and expertise was excellent. He guided us through the whole process which we greatly appreciated.
The installation went to plan and the kitchen fitter Chris, which we were assigned was also exceptional.
This is our second kitchen we have had installed by Sigma over the years and would highly recommend them.
The quality is stunning.

We had some bedroom wardrobes designed, and fitted by sigma, good communication and very good price, compared to others in the market. Due to a stupid carpenter, cocking up our ensuite pocket doors, we had to delay our fitting with sigma, Not a problem, great fitter, turned up on time, cleaned up, all good.

Fantastic experience with County Kitchens - all the team there were amazing and we are delighted with our new kitchen. Rasa and Ollie in the Esher showroom were absolutely first class in their advice and help in designing the kitchen; and Ralph meticulously planned/coordinated all the installation logistics to perfection. The process from start to finish was so smooth and stress-free. All concerns and queries however small were answered promptly and courteously. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, looks great and we believe represents great value for money. All around a 5* experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or become a repeat customer!

I am writing this review 4 months on from having my new kitchen and I am so glad we went to Sigma 3. We went to the Colchester Ave Branch of Sigma 3 and our kitchen designer was Lisa Foggan. I would not hesitate to recommend her as she is not only lovely, but extremely patient (I was very indecisive) and professional. She has designed a kitchen that I know we will love for years to come and has features that are unique to us and our home. You pay for what you get, and we have a kitchen that not only looks amazing but is built to last.

We looked at a number of kitchen suppliers before deciding to proceed with Sigma 3. There were several factors which led to this. In particular: quality units manufactured in the UK, value for money and an excellent design service (thanks to both Ollie and his software).
The entire process went very smoothly with the builders, led by Artur, managing the work very efficiently and well. We are delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Sigma 3 for similar projects.

Really great experience from start to finish. A hell of a lot of effort and patience with us on the design with an old house that has its quirks. Delivery of the kitchen was great and a lot of care was taken not to damage anything. The instillation team were communicative and really tidy. We’re delighted and really think we got value for money in every sense

We are so pleased with the kitchen designed and installed by Sigma3.
We visited the showroom in Esher after a recommendation from our neighbours. The showroom is very well laid out and showcases beautifully many of the options available.
Our kitchen designer Phil listened attentively to what we wanted and added great suggestions from his wealth of experience, even suggesting changes to the flow of the space our architect had designed, to much better effect. The result was a beautiful and well designed kitchen, perfectly encompassing everything we asked for.
The customer service provided by the installation manager Ralph was also impeccable, keeping us updated at every stage and checking in regularly to check things were going smoothly.
The installation itself was very professional. The fitter Glen was efficient and tidy and very accommodating with our requests.
All in all a very positive experience and I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have held off writing this review but I believe it's important to share my experience.
I am so annoyed that the coating on several of our kitchens doors has come away from the MDF board underneath. On contacting Sigma, they admitted that there had previously been an issue with the adhesive used by the company that supply the doors. However, as I was out of warranty, I would need to purchase new doors from the same company that messed up in the first place. I find this incredibly unfair and seems to reward those who made the mistake in the first place. I have enquired about the company, as I would like to make contact directly, however Sigma will not share this information.

Bryony was very professional and helpful when we needed advice without being pushy! Would definitely recommend Sigma to my family and friends.

From our initial visit to the Newport store through to completion of the installation the whole process was seamless with both Dave and James being a pleasure to deal with. We knew the finished product would be very good but it even surpassed our expectations. A quality service and quality product.

Please be advised that your deposit is non-refundable. I had paid a deposit of £2000, and despite there being no completed contract and no cabinets in production, the company intended to retain the entire deposit when I decided to withdraw. I was not content with either my kitchen design or my designer. This amount seems substantial for a few appointments and a design that another company initially provided. I urge you to exercise caution. I did eventually recover my deposit, but it caused me a sleepless night beforehand.
I would like to provide an update. I recently had a conversation with the sales director, who was very kind and expressed apologies. However, after discussing the initial telephone call regarding the deposit with my husband, I have decided to maintain my review. The store manager unequivocally informed him that the deposit was non-refundable due to the advanced stage of the process. There was no mention of sending an email to attempt to retrieve it; it was simply stated that we had forfeited the entire amount, but could still proceed with purchasing a kitchen from them. The director assured me that this does not reflect their company's values, but acknowledged that this particular branch, which I will refrain from naming out of respect, fell short on this occasion. This situation caused us a considerable amount of distress.

So impressed with County Kitchens in Esher from the friendliness of our initial visit to the knowledge of the designer, Rasa. She asked questions to see what we had in mind and showed us choices in the brochure and in the showroom. During the removal and fitting process we were supported by Rasa and also Ralph who oversaw plans/details. The new kitchen is perfect for us and we appreciate the quality of the units/appliances.

As expected, Martyn designed an absolutely fantastic kitchen upgrade which was then arranged and fitted perfectly, thank you so much 😊

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Emma was very helpful and worked with me providing great responsive guidance as well as useful tips and tricks from her professional experience. During the design process, she was patient with our decisions and brought the project in within our budget.
Delivery and fitting went smoothly and the few problems that occurred were sorted out by the legend that is Karl the Fitter. There were a few replacement parts needed which arrived and were fitted promptly.
We are very much enjoying every aspect of the kitchen. We appreciate the deceptively simple style and the quality of the units and are glad we chose Sigma3. Of course we ended up spending more money than we originally intended but I regret nothing! I have a kitchen that brings me joy every day and would happily recommend to others. Thank you
