We recently had a new kitchen from Sigma 3 in Swansea. Eleanor Hughes was absolutely wonderful, such a lovely lady and incredibly knowledgeable kitchen designer. She really took the time to understand what we wanted.
The quality of their kitchens are exceptional, everything feels solid, beautifully finished and built to last.
I'd highly recommend Sigma 3 Kitchens Swansea to anyone looking for a stunning, high quality kitchen and a designer who genuinely cares.Thank you Eleanor and the team for creating my dream kitchen.

We recently bought a house that needed a complete and complicated kitchen refurbishment. We tried several companies locally and further afield but settled on Sigma. We did not regret our decision and the company certainly went the extra mile to create us a wonderful kitchen and utility room. Particular mention must be made of Lacra who came up with the initial ideas and plans and was personally invested in our project. She was always on the end of the phone and gave us masses of encouragement and great advice. We are now the proud owners of a sleek, modern kitchen that has totally transformed our house. Additionally, Craig provided us with so much help and expert advice which was very much appreciated (and necessary!). Sigma's kitchen fitter Gareth was an absolutely top tradesman (and we have had a lot working on our property!) - he was a skilled craftsman and was fun to have around the house. Sigma also put us in touch with Jade Construction who did a very good job with some tricky building work. Overall and importantly, we always felt we could trust Sigma to support us and provide a quality end product which they certainly achieved.

I cannot put into words how truly incredible the team at Sigma 3 in Abergavenny are. I need to start with Emma, our designer, who deserves the biggest shout out of all. She is the most talented, patient, and gifted designer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I clicked with her instantly. It felt like she knew what my vision was before I even knew myself. She took the time to understand us as a family and made sure practicality was never sacrificed. She has designed us the kitchen of dreams. It really is the hub of our home and we will be eternally grateful.
We have used a few of the top kitchen suppliers through different projects over the years. This was our first experience with Sigma 3. I can honestly say we would never go anywhere else. The quality of their products, met with the outstanding customer service at all levels is incomparable.
We undertook a self-build. By the end of the project the whole team felt like family. They went out of their way to help me chose the little details to help compliment every inch of our kitchen. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We were so impressed with the kitchen design, we went on to ask Emma to design us 2 bespoke dressing rooms. Again, she took the brief and created spaces that exceeded all of our expectations.
Craig, the installation manager was brilliant. He went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their installers, Jamie for the kitchen and Arthur for the bedrooms were truly exceptional. We will be forever thankful to you all. K&L Brown

Excellent, friendly advice from Emma and Craig from the Abergavenny branch. Everything was completed in the agreed time scale and the few snags were sorted with no problem. Excellent kitchen fitter who couldn’t do enough for me. The whole team were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly from design to installation and beyond.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen. From the moment we received our brochure to installation it was all so easy. We knew what we wanted and our designer brought our kitchen to life. The installation boys were great and pointed out a small defect on a door and had already ordered a replacement ( we hadn’t noticed it) . All queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. All in all we would certainly recommend sigma for all of the above and their quality .

I had a fitted kitchen approx. 7 years ago from Sigma Cardiff. I had a few issues with it and even though it was out of warranty the quality of service was just as impressive as when I bought the kitchen. Within 24 hours I had a visit and we were able to resolve the issue quickly and to our complete satisfaction. They even remembered us when we initially went back. Excellent service by the sales team and the fitters who decided to replace all our kitchen doors. Thank you to Jamie, Dennis and Matthew.

Sigma at Swansea have installed our magnificent kitchen and I can only praise them, for the incredible job they have done.
From the moment I visited their showroom, I felt valued and welcomed, with a friendly smile from all members of staff. Gavin our designer was incredible…
From the moment I explained what I wanted, he listened carefully and offered his experienced opinion in a gentle and respectful manner. Gavin designed on paper, exactly what I had created in my mind for the kitchen. Gavin demonstrated the ability to generate a practical but beautiful kitchen seamlessly. The schedule of works they produced was kept perfectly and they remained - right on track!
I was introduced to Beth and Rob at the store, both of whom continued the professional standard of care, I’d been used to by Gavin. Even the delivery drivers were great, punctual , pleasant and so helpful.

As for Dean our fitter, words begin to fail as he was such a craftsman! He worked tirelessly and meticulously on our kitchen and produced a phenomenal result! He identified imperfections that I couldn’t see, insisting that it was replaced within a day or so. He is a perfectionist and that is reflected in the beautiful work he produced.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sigma at Swansea. They have a high standard of care, quality control and flair for producing beautiful homes. Thank you all.

Zero regrets enlisting Sigma's support as part of our renovation. The team were a pleasure to do business with from first consultation, through multiple designs, through to supply and installation. Really happy with my new kitchen/diner. The designer, Negar, listened, was patient, worked with my budget and cleverly designed a lovely kitchen in accordance with my likes and needs. The installers were experienced, helpful and skilled, finishing to a high standard and quality. Once the plans were in place the work went ahead requiring minimal input from me. Overall a lovely, high quality, hassle free new kitchen diner that suits me.

Excellent communication from Barbora and inspirational design. Her advice was clear and timely. Any potential hitches were identified and resolved. Barbora established what my dreams were for a new kitchen, she got everything in and within budget. She was supported by an excellent team, all were knowledgable and enthusiastic. We are extremely pleased with our sigma 3 kitchen. During the design process Negar welcomed us to the showroom and listened to what we wanted for our space. Her design was beautiful and the end result looks exactly like the images produced in the showroom. Our kitchen has gone from a dark room to a bright room which feels so much more spacious. We have so much more cupboard and storage space and a beautiful peninsula to sit and enjoy the room. The quartz worktop and splashback is of a very high standard, it looks absolutely stunning in the room and complements the beautiful cupboards. Throughout the process, Louise, the installation manager was easy to contact with any queries and most helpful. The only negative is that the timeframe in installing the kitchen wasn’t adhered to and it did take longer than anticipated but we got there in the end!

I worked with Sigma 3 for over 3 years as the economy gave our build project a bumpy ride. They were brilliant! From the designer who spent many hours with me to the nitty gritty paperwork guy and finally to the lovely installer. All made the project feel easy when it's quite complex. I felt in very safe hands and could not be more pleased with the end result.

We are incredibly happy with our kitchen. The quality is fantastic - modern and durable. The end result is beautiful. Rasa has been professional and helpful throughout the whole design process. A new kitchen is an expensive purchase, it's the heart of the house so you want your money and your wishes to be spent wisely. The customer service from start to finish was superb. Our designer listened to what we wanted, gave helpful advice and delivered a beautiful kitchen. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We popped into the Swansea showroom on a whim, having looked at many other suppliers. We had an exceptionally warm welcome from Morgan on both our initial visit and subsequent ones. He was great to work with during the design phase. Was prepared to listen but also to encourage us to be bold. His design was exceptional. He supported us with site visits as our building work took place, as did Tony, our installation manager who continued the excellent service.Throughout communication was excellent, including delivery. John Paul, our fitter continued with the positive engagement. Minor issues were promptly resolved and the result us a truly bold and unique kitchen that has a real wow factor. We have worked with Beth, the Swansea branch manager many years ago and she continues to deliver a really exceptional customer service both herself and though her team. Thank you all - it's fabulous!!

Reception at Sigma 3 showroom very friendly. Planning of new wardrobes and advice on materials were extremely good. Delivery of wardrobe packages was on time and installation excellent. We are very pleased with our new bedroom wardrobes.
