This is a scam. We bought a reddit account with high karma from this site. They did provide the email and user name but when we logged in it asked for a password reset. The email does not work since it asks for a 2fa.

They are unresponsive even on their linkedin profile.

Attempted to order Christmas. presents on December 1. They canceled the order on December 10 without notifying me. I called to figure out what was going on. The switching system hung up on me 4 times. The rep I got promised to fix the issue (a non- existent problem with the credit card) and send with 2- day shipping). I called after 4 days (6 hang-ups). It was canceled again. They promised to fix whatever problem they had and send it overnight. Still not shipped. After 4 more hang-ups, I attempted to elevate to a manager. I've been on hold for over an hour. Pretty sure I could wait until next year and nobody will answer.

I called their customer service. Their automated system disconnected me 3 times. When I finally connected to a person. I was informed that my back ordered items were canceled. No time to order something else! Over 2 hours on hold waiting to get answers..... I will Never order from this company again.

Dont buy from them, the accounts doesnt work after buying. Their support team dont even respond to the email.

I paid for Reddit comments, and they added my comment soon. My comment was removed, but they redone the order again. Thanks for your support.

We ordered an item. At the time of purchase, we were given a $20 discount. Two weeks later, I was charged on my credit card for the discount. I was told I didn’t qualify. I will never purchase from them again.

Service is not provided as advertised. As far as I know, this company was formerly Soar, and I think it's no coincidence that they changed their entire brand.
