The company isn't to bad although they don't reply to emails they don't like. I've followed 5 different signals, all of them end up gambling or blowing the signal. The last one funded his account when in large drawdown before getting margin call. If I didn't spot this , my account would have blown.If I didn't have the funds to top up, my account would have blown..Time to retire from this service as I'm near 40K+ down..

Signal Start need to up their game if…
Signal Start need to up their game if they want to attract better signal providers.
They do not clearly show the draw down for signal providers. When they reply via email they delete the email thread, making it very difficult to follow up on any ongoing query you have with them.

This is the review based on comunication at signal start. It’s terrible and very slow. They only respond to what they want. There was a chat window before where you could get the support but it is gone now. Good potential service with a big comunication let down. Puts me off a lot.

This website is misleading because the warnings are insufficient and barely readable
The warning to lose money is in the smallest print and compared to the other content of the website barely readable.
It does not warn you that past performance from a signal provider is no guarantee whatsoever that you will not lose your total investment in a single trade.
The graphs that show performance of signal providers are misleading without this warning.

Please note we display prominent warnings on every page, in the footer of the entire website, both in regular font and upper case, which cannot be missed under any circumstances. Moreover, you are required to agree to the terms of the website at registration and at each subscription, which again, contain the same warnings of past performance. As to your specific loss you've mentioned, that would depend on your signals you selected based on your risk appetite, as well as any custom settings you've applied which can naturally increase or decrease the existing risk (for example limiting the lot size or setting a very high lot size).

It would be great to have a predefined filters, just to rank signals by predefined criteria. The current ranking system mantains in the top positions some very risky traders.

hi this is my honest review. first off i was totally new to the copy trading service so i made tons of errors. frankly, too many to list here. but i have to say after the dozen or more mistakes i have made support was a bit slow but i feel it was due to many others having same issues as i. but they did work through each mistake made and all being said i am super happy with their service. the site is designed in a way that all info is accessible. i commend the support staff with being so patient with the sell savvy folks. highly recommended.

Doubtful ...
It seems that the 5 start reviews are not real (at least most of them). Their service is to expensive and the history of is not very transparant, you will see that when you start following a signal. Your result will not be in the range. I used many other signal with other service so I can tell. It should be better if they have better rules for providers so they cannot drop some nice results for a couple of months and than drop the ball.

Past performance results are not indicative of future trading. Regarding transparency, the service displays the provider trade data exactly as it comes from the trader's broker trade servers which means it comes from the source.

I started with payment of 75$ +25usd with this bad signal service...but it didnt copy any trade on my account ... within 72 hrs if there is no trades copied on the account they say we give you refunds... SO I asked them to REFUND my money ... they simply says that REFUND is paid ...check with your Bank ...but they DONT give me ANY proof of payment.
I attached my Bank statement to their support email ... they simply saying we have paid ... but I have proof of payment ...and not recived any payment... they are SCAMMERs NOTHING else.
IMPORTANT:-
I will update If they pay me the REFUND.

We processed the refund, given the payment was made with a debit card you need to ask your bank about it and where you can see that refund.
Once a refund is processed there are no additional actions we can do on our end, you need to check this with your bank. Please check your email, I have attached a screenshot of the refund from the payment gateway we use.

Losses are deleted from the history of signal providers. In my account I had a very large loss and I suspended it, surprisingly the next week the 16 lost orders disappeared from the supplier's history. I recommend using it for a maximum of 1 month from that there are only losses

This is not true, we do not edit a signal provider account histories in such a way. It is possible that those were open trades and this was done by the signal provider's broker, please contact us at support@signalstart.com so we can investigate this and remove the trader/broker if needed.

Unfotunately, we have no way to prevent a provider from closing/disconnecting their accounts.
If a provider stops trading mid-subscription/removes account you can indeed request a refund based non-use period left from the subscription.
