Located in Kent, England, we have been selling high quality pashmina and cashmere clothing since 2003, when we first launched Passionate About Pashmina. We have a long-lasting relationship with a reliable and trusted supplier in Nepal. Our supplier, Jitendra, has a small factory employing 25 local men and women in Kathmandu. Jitendra started his business in 1998 and has always produced the highest-quality pashminas and cashmere clothing for us. Our garments are expertly hand made by skilled craftsmen and women from the local community near Kathmandu. Our supplier also contributes to the local community by sponsoring two places at a local orphanage, which supports children with HIV. In 2022, we rebranded our business to become Signature Cashmere. We continue to provide the same high-quality pashmina and cashmere clothing and we are still Passionate about Pashmina! Over 20 years we have established a loyal customer base and we are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers, a large number of whom come back to us again and again. We aim to provide unparalleled personal service to our loyal customers, with satisfaction guaranteed, and we are always happy to help our customers choose the right items. Disappointed with quality
Dealing with the company was easy. However, when my cashmere wrap arrived I was gobsmacked the package was so small. This is more a scarf than anything that might keep you a bit warm. It was several months before I used it; everything snags on it and I treat my clothes gently. Very disappointing.
You’ve queried whether my order and response was genuine. Order 5616, and I used the card you put in with the product, so I know I’m right . It is the size advertised so my comments about how thin the item is and how it snags still stand.

Pashmina wrap for a wedding
My order arrived incredibly quickly. Just took a couple of days and that included a weekend.
The wrap is a lovely plum colour and goes well with an outfit I have for my son's wedding. The cashmere and silk make a great combination and feel very good quality.
I will definitely use this company again.

Unfortunate poor packaging
The Scarf itself is beautiful. The packaging on the other hand, was woeful.
Signature Cashmere charged £8.95 for a gift box which did a huge disservice to the item. The box looked very average and cheap… certainly not the quality that should be associated with your product.

Beautiful, soft and warm
I am delighted with my large cashmere and silk scarf. It is so soft, great width and length - and beautifully packaged too. Just a minor detail- the sapphire colour is not as bright as the website photo, but a nice colour nonetheless.
