I had an upper eyelid surgery in april…
I had an upper eyelid surgery in april of this year with Dr Carlos at the Manchester clinic. I’m 37 and hated my saggy eyes as I felt it aged me so much. I was nervous upon arrival and the clinic was running extremely behind about 2 and half hours, there wasn’t any communication from staff as to how long we would be waiting we had to ask on several occasions which I felt a tad frustrating, Upon meeting Dr Carlos he made me feel very comfortable and asked my desired look from the procedure. The nurse in the room was so nice and offered to hold my hand throughout the procedure as she could see I was visibly nervous. My results…… WOW WOW I am beyond happy, my eyelids look amazing and scarring is barely visible at all! The aftercare team was amazing, any emails were responded to within an hour about any concerns or questions. Lastly THANKYOU!

Great service.
Always made to feel welcome and like an individual. Very responsive to email questions after the initial consultation to re-explain procedure and alleviate concerns. Had full confidence in every member of the team and it felt like they we all a true team working together. Was put at ease on the day of the procedure and the aftercare was excellent.

OMG what can I say. Signature Clinic Cardiff from start to finish have been amazing!! I watched a bad review before I came and was worried but my whole experience has been positive and would definitely recommend. Dr abdelhady is amazing I’m 4 days post op from upper bleph surgery and so pleased. All the nurses were amazing too.

The process to get a consultation was simple enough and the person doing the consultation really explained everything about the procedure in detail and answered any questions I had.
Between the consultation and procedure I felt like communication could have been improved. For example, I was given one time for a second video consultation then given two other different times and had to ring up to confirm which time was the correct one. This consultation ended up being just a phone call and was also over an hour late to the time I was given and felt very rushed, literally like a 1 min conversation.
Similarly, I was told someone would be in touch for a prescription of diazepam but had to call up 2 days before my appointment to actually get this. In the end I didn't even end up taking the diazepam because I was instructed to wait to be told to take it but no one did, so that was a waste of £20 and it went unused.
However, the staff on the phone/over email were very helpful and the clinic staff were lovely. The nurse looking after me (I think Jessica at Birmingham clinic) was very kind and explained the aftercare well.
I started to feel a bit lightheaded during the procedure as it was slightly delayed so had been a while since I ate by the time I got it done (labiaplasty so you can imagine) but all of the clinicians did their best to put me at ease, fetching me a snack and sugary drink as well as giving me an ice pack for my neck which helped me feel much better.
The procedure itself was easy, quick and painless. The Dr explained what was happening at each step and the clinicians offered lots of reassurance. I’m currently recovering so can’t speak on final results but I’m very happy with how it’s looking so far and the healing process.
The 24 hour and 7 day check ins were very welcome and helped put my mind to ease and answer any questions I had.
Overall a good experience, I would rate 4.5 if I could just deducting 0.5 for sometimes having to chase for clarifications but couldn’t fault the staff, very helpful and no question felt like an inconvenience to them despite how silly it may be.

What can I say just excellent
What can I say just excellent, every step of the way everything was explained the follow-up was exceptional and as for the procedure it was over in a flash I was a bit dubious about local anaesthetic but seriously nothing to worry about all done and dusted under 2 hours and also absolutely no bruising which amazed me I have recommended the company and my surgeon to family and friends we will definitely all be back!!

Gynaecomastia surgery
Went in for gynaecomastia surgery on 25th June with Dr Carlo Debbas at signature clinic in Cardiff and I'm so happy with the results. I finally have confidence with my t-shirt off. I was extremely nervous but all the staff were extremely welcoming and did their best to calm my nerves. I had the money saved up for a couple years before finally deciding to go ahead with it and I'm so glad I did, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! If you're like me and are nervous about the procedure trust me go ahead with it, you won't regret it. The procedure was completely painless and over within 45 mins. I would definitely recommend signature clinic.
