Just so you guys know my reviews will continue to be reposted and I will appeal any removal and I have complete records and proof of the service provided so have fun trying to get them removed 😊
Disgusting company, atrocious customer support and surgeons that don't give a damn. Leave a negative valid review? They will try to force a takedown or even threaten to sue you because of your opinion. Truly pathetic. Botched a surgery and then refused any and all aftercare or revisions, now desperately trying to have any negative review wiped from the internet. Go to literally any other clinic and you will have a better time.

Attitude problems
I had a free consultation. It got off to a good start, with level headed advice about my condition and an honest answer about recurrence post surgery. However, once I said that I wasn't comfortable with the amount of scarring the procedure would produce, the tone shifted. The doctor wouldn't answer simple questions "what qualifications do your surgeons have", telling me "use the website", and then once I said I'm not happy with his reply he started to argue with me. I assume this attitude reflects on the way the company does business, and this is not a company I would therefore trust to do an operation.

I had a consultation with one of the doctors today, and I couldn't be more impressed. Prior to this, I had enquired with several other companies and left feeling discouraged—it felt like they didn't have my best interests at heart and lacked basic honesty.

Zero Stars for Dr Sam!
I would give my experience zero stars if I could! As a medical professional in both the NHS and private sector the way I have just been spoken to by a consultant named Sam is absolutely disgusting. He was late to my consultation tried to fob me off with a poor excuse and then his dismissive attitude before hanging up the phone was absolutely shocking. I can not recommend this company at all. To say you are number 1 in the UK makes me question the basis that you make these claims if this is how prospective patients are treated what is the rest of the journey like! Please please please think before scheduling anything with this company!

I live in Liverpool so I choose to go to knight street to have upper a lower surgery , I carnt tell you how happy I am to have gone through this. I had gynecomastia surgery at Signature…
I had gynecomastia surgery at Signature Clinic and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
One year after surgery, I was left with noticeable contour deformities and indentations beneath both sides of my chest. An independent specialist reviewed my case and advised that the contour irregularities were likely due to **over-harvesting of fat**, requiring scar release and fat grafting to correct the defects.
Although Signature Clinic offered a revision, I ultimately lost confidence in proceeding there. My concerns were influenced not only by the chest result but also by my previous blepharoplasty experience, where I developed a scar at the outer corner of my eye following a spitting suture. I also felt there were significant delays in arranging reviews and treatment, which added to my frustration.
I accepted steroid injections in an attempt to improve the chest, but they made no difference because, according to the independent specialist, the problem was volume loss rather than scar tissue alone.
As a result, I chose to undergo revision surgery with a specialist surgeon elsewhere at my own expense. The revision involved scar release and fat grafting and has already improved the contour of my chest.
I appreciate that Signature Clinic offered revision surgery in line with their policy, and the staff I dealt with were polite throughout. However, by that stage my confidence had been lost due to the outcome of my surgery, the delays, and my previous experience.
Based on my personal experience, I would not choose Signature Clinic again for gynecomastia surgery. Following a complaint process, Signature Clinic offered a goodwill payment. While I appreciated the gesture, I did not feel it reflected the extent of the issues I experienced or the cost of the revision surgery I ultimately underwent elsewhere

I would like to clarify that I was genuinely grateful for the goodwill gesture of £1,200. It represented a significant increase from the initial £300 offered, and I appreciated Signature Clinic taking the time to review my complaint.
However, accepting the goodwill payment did not change the fact that I ultimately incurred over £5,000 in costs for corrective revision surgery elsewhere, with the possibility of requiring further fat grafting depending on how much of the transferred fat survives.
The goodwill payment helped towards those costs, but it did not remove the physical, emotional and financial impact of my experience.
My review reflects my personal experience from the original surgery through to the eventual need for corrective treatment. While Signature Clinic offered revision surgery, I ultimately lost confidence in proceeding due to the overall journey I experienced.
I accepted the goodwill payment in order to bring the complaints process to a close, but that does not alter the events that occurred or the experience I had as a patient. My review is an honest account of that experience.

Disgusting!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Signature Clinic, from the initial administration to the consultation itself.
The issues began during the email booking process. On two separate occasions, I explicitly stated my availability, only for the booking team to completely ignore it and schedule alternative times without checking. Had I not double-checked the booking confirmations myself, I would have missed the appointments entirely.
My FaceTime consultation was with a Dr. Given the sensitive circumstances surrounding the procedure, I expected a level of professionalism and care. Instead, the doctor was cold, dismissive, and incredibly rude. I was forced to ask all the questions just to get any information, and his answers were short, unhelpful, and entirely disinterested.
If a surgeon chooses not to carry out a procedure, that is their prerogative-even though multiple other surgeons have confirmed I am entirely eligible for it. However, there is no excuse for a total lack of bedside manner. When I explicitly told him that I didn't feel confident about the situation, hoping for some professional reassurance, he simply replied, "Okay, have a great day," and hung up the phone before I could even respond.
Following this awful experience, I contacted the clinic to request a call from a customer service lead to provide formal feedback. I was completely ignored.
This clinic clearly lacks communication skills, empathy, and basic customer care. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want to feel supported and respected.

Not sure why my 1 but really zero star reviews keep getting deleted somehow as i only did one a few days ago so wont bother writing another long post just dont use this company ,honestley look around first this is a horribe company that snatch your money instantly couldnt care less about aftercare and dont ever expect any form of compensation for any crap work they do.. they will need roughly 6 to 10 months to even reply properly to any complaint , then they will tell you its nothing they have done wrong just your body. So they pretty much blame it on you. Hope reading this i can at least save someone a few grand wasting on this company
