I'm updating my review. They did make everything right. I would give 5 but I'm settling with 4 stars for the inconvenience. I waited for 15 days requesting a return item. After writing a bad review on Trust pilot I did get a response and the company resolved the issue with 100% satisfaction.
Poor Service Model.
Read the warranty details: "2-Year Limited Warranty on electronic components such as the sensor and battery box."
No service path after the warranty period: SF response to my inquiry - "... replacement parts are not sold separately, as they are reserved for warranty claims ..."
Don't count on a five year warranty. The warranty might change after your purchase. See the website: "For purchases made prior to September 9, 2024, the warranty is limited to a 2-year period from the original date of purchase.
Their service team creates work instead of solving the problem. Example: The service ticket response asks for a video after they have already said they will not provide the parts to solve the problem. What the video shows ... You touch the faucet and nothing happens ... We are able to make the faucet work when the solenoid-sensor (yes with fresh batteries) is bypassed. It needs a replacement part or a viable repair protocol for the current malfunctioning part.

They say, "we are processing your return," and you will never hear from them again. Nobody answers their phone. You can't leave a message; they say, "we're busy, call back." AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT BUY FROM
THIS COMPANY! I wish I stumbled on this page prior to my purchase with them. I ordered a pull down faucet head that had a defective sensor and messaged them about it and sent the requested video and no resolution. As a full time working mom of three, I had no time to keep chasing and kept the manual faucet option. Six months later (today), faucet head shut itself off and no matter how I troubleshoot per plumber advice, sink does not have any running water (while the rest of my home does). I’ve messaged them twice and haven’t heard back and there is no phone number to call either. The reviews on their site must be fake or purchased - there is no way a company that operates in this unethical manner has that kind of reviews. Whoever is considering them, seek a product elsewhere with trusted brands. I hope this helps someone else before making the mistake I’ve made.

This company is the worst. They will send you nasty unprofessional emails if you have to return the item. This was a very disappointing experience. I was also told I will have to pay a restocking fee unless I exchange it for something else. The product description was not clear, and I was given incomplete information before purchasing. The item also is overpriced for what was received. I would encourage other customers to compare prices carefully, because the same products are available elsewhere for much less. Get your refund from your bank to avoid a restocking fee. They will ask you do cancel it. DO NOT CANCEL- LET THE BANK HANDLE IT FOR YOU. My bank mailed me my refund since I had a zero balance on my card. This is a very dishonest company. Their review page on their website is FAKE. If it's not a 5 star review they won't post it. If the person tries to repost because the sink is defected, they won't post the update review. Ask yourself thsi question - Why does Trustpilot they have 2.5 stars and their website only has 5 stars?
UPDATE 4/2/2026: They will reply with lies. This product was never installed. It was way too heavy for a normal sink so it was sent back. it weighs 30 lbs. That is why everyone is having problems with it leaking. Buyers don't realize it until they install it. My contractor warned me before installing it and we just sent it back in the original package and in the same box they sent it in. Just the fact that they would reply with that lie makes them untrustworthy. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased the Imperium Touch Control Dual Function Pull Out Spout Kitchen Faucet directly from Signature Faucet’s website. It was professionally installed, twice, and both times, the water pressure dropped significantly whenever the handle was turned to hot or cold. We also had issues with the sensor just clicking. We followed their support instructions and submitted both photos and a video, only to be told they needed a video of the faucet during installation and of all internal components, which is almost impossible to do. .
After a second professional installation, the issues persisted: weak water flow and a clicking sensor. When we reached out again, they requested another video. However, we had to replace the faucet with a different one while the plumber was still here, which worked perfectly and confirmed the issue was with the Signature Faucet product.
Now, they are asking for a written report from our plumber and still refusing a return because the faucet is "used." Of course it’s used—we had to install it to discover it was defective and it is a warranty claim. Their so-called “no hassle return policy” is misleading; they only accept returns if the product is unopened and in the original packaging. How would anyone know it’s faulty without opening the box?
We're now stuck with an expensive, unusable faucet and zero recourse. Signature Faucet would not even provide a public link for leaving a review. My contractor confirmed the faucet is defective, noting audible obstruction along the handle.
Bottom line: avoid this company. If you have a problem, be prepared for excessive hoops, zero accountability, and no meaningful support. I will be filing complaints through every available channel until this is resolved.

Well we bought the imperium faucet 12-11-2022.After a couple of months you would have to touch it sometimes 0 to thirty times to shut off. So we contacted signature faucet about 6 times. They said send pictures of invoice number This went on with them with no reply except send more information like putting us off to discourage us to quit.Every time by email because there is no phone number to contact them. About 4 to 6 months later I received a new switch. They said even though the information on the web sight said 5 year warranty, the person who sent the switch said they would not warranty it any further. Well found out that the control wire was not put in or crimped properly so it fell out. When I notified them to see how to disassemble it they said can’t be fixed. The only thing to do is make it manual. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT. YOU ARE GOING TO BE DISSATISFIED. thmpsn439 @ cox.net

Enjoying our new, sleek Imperium Faucet. We bought this to match our new hardware in the kitchen. The install was easy. The packaging it arrived in was nicely packaged too. It looks great in the kitchen.
I brought the Imperium Touch Control Dual Function Pull Out Spout Kitchen Faucet directly for Signature Faucet site. Literally had it professionally installed today. When you turn the knob to cold water, it comes out like a slow trickle. The contractor informed me that the faucet is defective because he can hear that the water is being obstructed along the handle. Contact Signature which they clearly state no hassle return. Will it is a hassle. They will only let you return it, if it is not open and in the original box. Now, someone tell me how would you know if something is defective if you do not open the box and attempt to use it. I will file as many complaints as necessary to get this resolved.

I purchased the Imperium Touch Control Dual Function Pull Out Spout Kitchen Faucet in gold/brass and matching Culp Deck Mounted Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser 400ml (13.5oz) Pump Brass Construction.
We did not install these, our contractors did. The touch faucet functionality works great and both of them together in my counter look amazing! Really elevated our kitchen design and leaned into the gold to match hardware and lighting for an elegant finish.
I purchased a Klempner pulldown kitchen faucet. Installed it, but two months later it collapsed off the sink. Normal home use only, all adults, no kids.
Finally did get Signature to honor the warrantee and send a new faucet after multiple attemps at repair. If it had not taken so long I would have awarded five stars, but I can only do four due to the time and effort involved in getting the replacement. Bottom line, they DID come through.
In 2021, I purchased an Imperium Touch Control Dual Function Pull-Out Spout Kitchen Faucet from Signature Faucets. By March 2023, it had to be replaced due to a leak, which was not the first issue encountered with the product. Unfortunately, the leak caused damage to my new kitchen cabinets and was not covered under the warranty. Today, the faucet has failed again. Based on my experience, I question whether this product meets Australian standards, as its quality appears to be significantly below expectations.

Signature Faucets is outstanding from start to finish! The ordering process is easy and clear, with excellent communication and tracking throughout. It shipped and arrived on time. The Imperium touch faucet is beautiful and has great functions. I love it!
I love the Imperium Touch faucet and so glad I purchased it! It's the most amazing feature in my kitchen. It makes me smile everytime I use it. I would highly recommend as an upgrade to your kitchen. I will be purchasing more products from Signature Faucets!
Faucet leaks! Since day 1. Was told to tighten screw but it somehow continues to leaks after a while. Faucet sensor now lags leaving you to tap the handle multiple times in frustration thinking it is not sensing the touch. ( and yes batteries have been changed with no improvement)

I bought a touch kitchen faucet from them. Within 2 years the touch sensor broke. When I contacted them, they literally and intentionally put me through hell for them to send a replacement piece. The amount of pictures and videos and back and forth emailing, and intentional delays in their responses. And this is despite me having a professional plumber sent them the diagnostic assessment. They account you eventually give up and accept the loss. This is the worst type of business. Poor quality products and bad business conducts. I wish I could give them zero star. Stay away from them

Do not buy from this company. They have no customer service phone number and do not respond to emails. If you have any concerns you are screwed.

Forget actually diagnosing the leak. I can’t even get an initial responds from the company to start. It’s been months and a half dozen emails to them
I purchases the faucet in fall 2022.
They do not have a phone number.

They don’t want to process a refund. Currently sending me messages that they are offering me to keep a broken faucet and give me 50% refund if I “agree to do late this faucet to friends or family”. What a joke!
Another option they gave me is 20% restocking fee if I ship it back to China at my own expense, this fee was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I will be reporting this seller.

I received a faucet that leaks. I asked them to send me a replacement as soon as possible so I could have it while my contractor is working on my bathroom. Their response was to send them a video of the leak. I did that. Then they asked for another video of how it was installed, told me to uninstall and reinstall it, and asked for a statement from my contractor. The video clearly shows it leaking. They should send me a replacement but I feel they're giving the the run around.
