Recently bought a sundial and plinth as a birthday present for my husband. After a phone call, the order was speeded up and it arrived on time. Very happy with the product and delivery was very efficient.

The product is great. The communication from the delivery company was woeful. They sent email delivery information the same day as anticipated delivery with no prior warning - email to me sent after indicated start of delivery window. Then delivery aborted without any indication until several hours after delivery window expired. Attempts to contact delivery company by phone / email ignored. No phone call or text updates by delivery company. Similar notification issues the following day when product actually delivered. Terrible customer service by courier.

Easy to order. Had to ask when delivery was due as after 2 weeks I had had confirmation of my order but no delivery date. Then all of a sudden delivery date appeared without any acknowledgement of my enquiry. However delivery duly appeared exactly as indicated. Good advance warning of eta. Easy off-loading. Great product.

Great customer service from the outset. I was looking for a suitable Golden Retriever statue as a memorial to our Retriever who we sadly lost recently and this was perfect. I emailed Signature Statues before deciding to purchase as I wanted to see more photos of this statue at different angles and they were more than happy to oblige and sent a couple over. The statue itself is lovely, I have only taken a star off because there was a long delay in despatch/delivery but when I emailed Signature Statues, my order was despatched the very next day and it arrived a couple of days later. I would recommend.

I bought some garden solar lights pack of 6,Signature Garden. absolutely brilliant. it's only April and it's rained a lot, but every night they are so bright and stay on for a long time during the night. The best . I highly recommend them

I bought an urn to go with a Roman column I already had from
Signature Statues. It looks very elegant in the garden and goes well with the column. Both are well designed and made. It was perfectly packaged to protect it for delivery. A good product and service

Products reasonably priced, delivered on time. Order placement was simple via the website.

The product (Heritage Bird Bath) is excellent and although it was delivered slightly later than the standard time, staff were very helpful when I rang to check progress. The hauliers chosen to deliver were particularly helpful in helping to unpack and instal.

I bought 8 piers in February from the website. The experience was super easy and they were able to delay the delivery by a few weeks. This really helped as I have no place to store a pallet. The piers were very well wrapped and in excellent condition just as it showed on the website. The delivery was as excellent, droppin exactly where we could easily work. 10/10 all round . Thank you.
