I ordered something on March 31st 2025. It eventually arrived 30th April, and was too late for the event I wanted it for. If I'd read the reviews I would have gone elsewhere. But at least it arrived eventually.

Never recieved my order or a refund RIP off company

Very bad and cheaply made products was promised refund still never got it, emails being ignored pleas do not shop with them. The bedding I ordered looked like it had been sewn together by a child really really cheap even though I spent £50+ on it. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Dear all please note the company has been listed for strike off according to companies house website.

If you're owed money, I suggest you contact them sooner rather than later as you've only got 2 months from 26 April before they potentially cease trading.

SCAM Company. Ordered 6th Jan…. still have not received my order, Only one generic email received saying family member was unwell so orders delayed. Very unprofessional. No customer service at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on the 3rd of January. I have emailed and phoned several times but they neither respond nor answer.

I don't know how I'm going to get my money back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Placed an order at the end of December 21, 3 weeks later no order received yet they took my money as soon as I placed the order! Contacted several times with no reply so having paid by PayPal got them involved and then they sent my order. My order was way too late so returned it for a refund at the beginning of February. NO REFUND!! I have sent at least 6 emails with no reply. After reading other reviews I guess I will not be getting my refund as so many others haven't.
As I got PayPal involved for not receiving my order they have now closed the case so they are unable to help.
DO NOT USE SIGNATURE HOMEWARES ... YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered a bedding set. Money took and order was confirmed. Then didn’t receive a dispatch notice, I waited some time but then check reviews which were bad - yes should have checked before but I didn’t!! I emailed the company and still to this day haven’t received a reply. Had to go to PayPal to where they still didn’t get in contact. Luckily PayPal closed the case in my favour due to no response from this company. Don’t waste your time!

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased an item from the company. Worst communication I’ve ever experienced. I only received my item after I’d requested PayPal to get involved. By that time I’d requested a refund because I didn’t need it any more after waiting so long. I tried calling numerous times without success. I also travelled to their shop in Birstall twice to get answers and a refund, also without success. I personally think they’re scammers of some sort.

They don't even deserve 1 * took my money no products received, ignored all correspondence, total scammers.
AVOID !!!

Ordered 16th January. No order arrived. I gave the benefit of the doubt as they had family issues but we are now in march. Despite the email saying they would be up to date with back orders within 14 days no order has arrived and no correspondence. Tried getting in touch but no answers to emails or telephone. Have now placed it in the hands of my bank. Shame as a supposedly family run business is probably in trouble just through lack of letting customers know whats happening and orders should have been paused before Christmas but they kept taking peoples hard earned money.

Awful. Take your money and do not send the items. I had to get a refund via my bank. Absolute thieves! whilst they live the high life. Check the other reviews, the owners names have been published and they can be contacted via their personal fb accounts!

What a scam. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago, advised 3-5 days shipping, nothing received, no communication. Have tried to contact multiple times through multiple routes and nothing. It seems I am one of many to have experienced this and have lost my money.

Absolutely disgusting service. I placed an order on the 20th December 2021 and still haven't recieved my item. Got an email in January saying they had a family problem fair enough but now wont reply back to emails. Still not received my order. Scammers

Thieves. No goods delivered. No answer to phone calls, emails or messages left on Instagram. I paid by credit card so was able to get a chargeback.

Natalie replied to my message saying refunds are on the way ect. And that my IP address will be going to local authorities

Amazingly after messaging both of them on their personal Facebook and posting there address I have received a refund email. Weather this actually goes in my bank remains to be seen.

They are desperately trying to get this post removed. Ive have posted exactly the same on other reviews site just incase this does get taken down but I will to have it up as long as possible and repost the moment it gets taken down

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Another unhappy customer here who fell victim to their irresponsible behaviour. This site is operated by Shopify so if you see this review and have fell victim please report the site to Shopify. I run a site myself and it's easy to disable a site as they have done their social media pages so they are just being irresponsible.

Do not use this company they take your money but do not give you your items I was lucky as I paid through PayPal so got a refund I don't know why they are still allowed to have a Web site up they are nothing but thieves!!

Like everyone else i too received the generic email at the beginning of 2022 saying their baby had been ill before Xmas but was home and doing well. I also sent a reply sympathising saying I looked forward to hearing from them soon regarding my REFUND!!!
Have not heard anything from them since so i expect i will have to write off getting my money back from them.
