Scam. Only lends based on real estate value. Fake advertisement. Rude lady that called. I told her she's fake and hung up and reported them to BBB and every place I can. Stop wasting people's time and stealing elderly people's money you ASSHOLES

Fraudulent platform! They stole a lot from me last month but I am grateful to leadway re covery (google them) for getting my assets back.

This is a ponzi scam I am an elderly lady invested money in this project for my retirement and have not been paid the return due to me or refund of my capital nobody is answering the phone you can not even speak to someone they are ignoring me the director Lawrence Kenwright has been on BBC saying everyone will get their money back don't hold your breath , he is buying time and even considering running for mayor , I have spoken to other people in the same situation it is fraud

I invested in the Exchange Hotel(Cardiff) at Aug 2017. As according to the contracts, I will be paid 8% of my invested capital as annual rent (ROI) quarterly.
It was a nightmare right starting from the first payment of ROI, that I need to chase up for nearly a month to get it; not to mention to the following ROI, which will never come on time and won’t be paid without non-stop chasing and e-mails , and public comments on FB.
Starting from Nov 2018, SL stopped paying me ROI even though I kept on asking and chasing...really really bad untrustworthy company that no one should ever invested!

Invested in signature mill on lower vickers street Aug17 for completion Jun18. Fast forward 2 years building still not completed, we’ve rescinded the contract but they are yet to return our deposit and ignoring all communication from our solicitors. Don’t invest with these scumbags you will regret it!

We purchased a flat in Manchester back in 2017 which, due to continuous delays, was not completed by the Long Stop Date and we have decided to rescind the contract. Signature Investments were supposed to return our deposit, but they have NOT.

Since then, all communication has stopped and they do not respond to any emails/calls from our solicitors. We now understand that we are not the only ones and that Signature has not returned the deposits to hundreds of investors on SEVERAL projects, going back A NUMBER OF months.

This is a failed company and, in our experience, complete and utter shambles. AVOID AT ALL COST!

On the positive note, if you are waiting to get your money back - you are not alone. We have since joined a Facebook group and a What's App chat with tens of other investors of this failed developer. (You should be able to find them if you google "Signature Investments" and "scam").

Avoid like the plague
I've invested my life savings in one of their hotel rooms and it looks like I'm going to lose it all.First Rpi was a wee bit late next one was a month late,and I had to chase after it,3rd and 4th same story.
Now I'm not receiving any at all.
No explanation from their investor relations department which are near impossible to contact.Stay away and invest in something you can trust in,not these fraudsters.

The worst experience I have ever had.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. I have purchased a property in Signature Mill, Manchester. This property was not for an investment but as my first personal property - something which I moved from London to Manchester to be able to achieve. After purchasing the property in November I was told I would be in by end of December. December came and the date had moved to end of January. Entering into January there was zero communication from Signature and lots of emails chasing. I was ready to move and had to make housing arrangements but I was eventually told the move-in had moved to end of February. This same story happened again in February and March. The worst thing of all was the complete lack of communication for these changes.

After this happened in March, I lost all confidence in the contact and approached the building site directly. I ended up meeting with the site manager who was incredibly helpful and sincere. He informed me that the property was not going to be practically completed until July which meant residents would not be moving in until August. He informed me any time before this was wildly unachievable.

Signature Capital have caused me to put my life on hold for the past 9 months. I have had the huge stress of having to move 3 times due to not being communicated date changes early enough and my agreements with temporary accommodations running out. I am absolutely disgusted with the company and their service. Still today, I am being passed around and ignored. I have had my emails ignored, I am being passed around on their customer service line, and I have even emailed their chairman, Lawrence Kenwright directly for help. None of this has been to any avail and I am just playing a waiting game until I have a move in date...whenever that will be.

Signature, not only are you messing with investors, you are messing with peoples lives.

Terrible company, do not invest or purchase!

BAD INVESTMENT AVOID!! Purchased 2 apartments in Daniel House, was never paid the rent as per our contract and had to have my solicitor demand the money from Signature every quarter. Would NOT recommend investing with them. Unprofessional company who default in payment.
