Having the security of a bespoke holiday packaged up worked well for us. When BA cancelled one of our flights it was handy having someone to fight the battle on our behalf. Same as when one of our booked hotels closed before our trip, Jonathan sorted us out with an excellent alternative. One of our hotels was also only available to agents, we'd never have been able to book there ourselves and it was lovely. There were a couple of minor things that maybe we could have communicated better (if booking myself I'd have got a different hire car but then I'd probably have paid more though). For a similar holiday I'd definitely consider using Signature again.

I used Signature Travels for the first time for my summer holiday in '23. The holiday was well planned with airport car parking, hire car, multiple connecting flights and hotels in Italy and the UK. What helped was Jonathan's research into hotel options bearing in mind my specific family requirements. Would happily recommend to others and use Signature Travels again in the future.
