Not recommended

I tried opening up an account with this bank, went through the motions such as filling in the KYC questionnaire etc. after having visited their website and contacted customer support, only to be told that they're essentially more business-oriented and focused on customers in that field. I have no issue with that or there is no problem with that, only.. why does your website then clearly state services involving not just business banking but also personal banking; does that not mean that individual banking as a person is also on the table, just like with any other bank? Makes no sense, it just comes off as misleading. Just plainly say that you are a corporate bank only to avoid confusion in that case. Guys are just full of it.
