I thought I was getting a tap to pay card.

Love them! Absolutely beautiful and awesome.

Because it doesn't come with tape tap feature

Fast service and greet craftsmanship. I loved the photo on the card. It's one of my favorite photos.

At first I was kind of nervous, because of all the fraud that's going on in the world, but with constant communication from Signet from the time I made the purchase & approve the designed & waited on the prepaid shipping details, I must say I will give them 5 stars. After shipping the card, I got receipt of them receiving my package & returning process was the next day shipping it back to me, shipping & return was about a week altogether, very impress, I will be ordering another card within a few weeks also. Great company & trust worthy honesty.

Excellent from start to finish! Extremely professional service, consistent communication, fast turnaround! This has to be one of the best customer experiences I can remember having. The new card looks amazing and feels expensive due the weight. I may do this with another card I carry.

From start to finish the process was easy to use, very efficient, and the staff are wonderful to work with in getting your personalized card designed to your specifications. Signet exceeded my initial design submission. Once you make your order, you are assigned a designated sales rep. My rep was Sophie and she was phenomenal! She always kept in contact with me and readily answered any questions I had. The process of shipping my card to receipt of my new one took literally a week! (FYI they do send your old card back to you with your new one).

The packaging and presentation of my new card was excellent. And the card quality is top notch. The slightly heavy metal feel and embellishments are right up there with the high end card issuers (ex. AMEX). Most importantly, the card works as normal! I am extremely pleased and I highly recommend the Signet products and services! Please keep up the great work!!
