Web interface is userfriendly enough.
Design possibilities are better than on similar platforms.
I found the product (vinyl lettering) not that easy to apply as it stuck to the substrate quite a bit despite all my efforts and strictly following the instructions from the support video.
Last but not least I, ordered specifically from a .ch website to get a product shipped from Switzerland but as it turned out it shipped out of Sweden which was too long to my taste. This was not clear to me when I placed the order and I think it could be made more transparent.
