The sign we ordered for our boat slip was done with expert care. When we first opened it up both of us let out an audible gasp of amazement at how wonderful it turned out. And it was fast service too. From the day we ordered the sign, it was printed and delivered in no time. When we need another sign, we will definitely be back. Signomatic provided a very low quality, single adhesive label at very high price. I was under the impression that I was receiving a plastic plaque (with adhesive backing), when in fact it was a thin adhesive film.

Given the size and weight of the sticker, the cost of the item was too high as was the cost of shipping.

This is one of the times that I wish I could give a negative number of stars. I apparently ordered two signs due to the fact that they don't make it clear how to edit without reordering. But that's not the biggest complaint. I placed my order 12/16/21 and still have not received either order and it's now 1/10/22. The site says 7-10 business days(excluding holidays). Well I'd say it's exceeded the 7-10 days. I can not tell anyone else what they should or should not do but as for me, I will never order from them again unless they make it right somehow.

We ordered a sign with a bird picture on aluminum for our boat. The result was much better that we expected with clearness of printing and colors were exactly as anticipated. Will use their service the next time any item is needed.

The 2 items I got were really nice but unfortunately one of them had some scratches on it which were obvious if looked at closely. Otherwise shipping was great and everything else

The sign that I ordered, a personalized one, was wrong. Upon stating this to customer service, their answer was that it was what I had ordered. there is no phone number to call and talk with someone directly, and the return address on the packaging is vague. My plight is ongoing. In order for this review to be public, I must check a box below to except the "terms and conditions" and "privacy policy" which are not available for viewing and/or reading. I will check this box under duress just to have this review be made public and save others the headache in which has been bestowed upon me. All for $56.18.

Just right, fair price, would order from here again.
