Horrendous company

What a company. Ordered a cheap plastic sign order came to 14euro total. Never received the item. DHL attempted delivery, however returned to sender as I was in hospital following surgery. Came home from hospital to find a debt collection letter from a debt collection agency for €14 euro for an item that was not received. I would steer clear from
This company. I was going to purchase from cheap website but wanted to shop at small company. However never again. I think a post on social media too.

Not reliable, poor quality

I submitted a request for a quote over 2 weeks before my tradeshow. It took their rep almost one week to get in contact. I paid immediately and responded within the hour to all communications.

On Friday, 9 Jan I explained I had a tradeshow on 17 Jan and asked if the decal was expected to be delivered on time and asked they please let me know if not so I could arrange something else.

They responded: Our current timeline is to have this sent out by Thursday (15th) latest, and with DHL express it is usually a 24hr door to door delivery, so you should receive it on the 16th.

They shipped the decal today, which I was super excited and grateful for. When checking tracking, it was sent with Letter DHL which will not arrived until Tuesday the 20th. I am now left with only 3 days to figure something else. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: The team was very responsive and they did indeed got the item to me on time. Still giving 2 starts because I needed a wall decal and they printed a vinyl sticker (this was my first tradeshow and I had no experience on what the right material was, so I explained what I needed - a decal for our wall to display my brand on our stall - and this was based on their recommendation). One hour into the tradeshow, the vinyl sticker peeled off the wall and landed on the floor. I had to stick it back with tape for the rest of the show, it also creased significantly when it fell and it looked quite unprofessional. None of my neighbour exhibitors had any issues with theirs so the wall wasn't the problem.

The sign is fine but the delivery was very slow even allowing for the Christmas period

Excellent service

Needed a one off car decal of a customised design. Service was prompt, price was excellent, packaged well, and the decal is now firmly fixed to car looking exactly as planned.

As your order was for an acrylic sign, please note that these come with a protective film on the surface to prevent scratches during transit. If this hasn’t been removed yet, it may appear cloudy or imperfect. We recommend peeling this off gently to reveal the clear, polished surface underneath.
